This is our second visit to Graceland and we enjoyed it again but it is aging a bit . The pools are in need of repair and the room was not as good like previously. The breakfast was still of a high standard seen it is a bulk large resort . Overall a good resort needing updating and lots of pool repairs

We enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay at Graceland, located in the vibrant heart of Patong Beach, with our family of four, including two children. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of delicious options. Our family room was spacious, comfortably accommodating all four of us, and the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The only minor drawback was a small issue with the shower that could not be resolved during our visit. Overall, we highly recommend Graceland for a memorable family stay.

From check in to check out our stay was great. All the staff were friendly and very efficient. Our room was tended to each day with clean towels, made beds and fresh water. The large aircon foyer was a welcome after a long day in the warmth and there were many options at the breakfast buffet.
With the size of the resort and the people staying there it never felt busy which was nice.
I would stay here again and definitely recommend for families/couples or anyone. Great walking distance to shops, dining and beach.

Plentiful breakfast, plenty of choices but sadly let down by the quality of the food.
Ok location with beach across the road, a bit of a walk towards the centre of town.

Our stay here wasn’t good at all, we had the worst room, there was maintenance going on next door and they we’re painting, the fumes were intense, they had fans out the front of our rooms. Then I woke up to our bathroom been flooded with water coming up through the drains. The sewage smell was next level. Then again had fans all down the hallway.
Our room was so noisy with the motorbikes and tuk tuks coming all night with the music that loud. I will never stay in this resort again.

Good hotel, a little run down but overall decent and well kept in the rooms. We had a little issue at check in as our room was taken but they took care of it and upgraded us to a better room. Breakfast and food in general was very good. Staff was very welcoming and nice.
