2nd stay for business. I was welcomed personally by the Duty Manager, wished a happy birthday and left a huge birthday cake and sweets in my room. They also helped me find a new travel adapter when mine broke.

Very friendly staff, especially the young blonde lady who works at the guest relations desk (I forgot her name!). Rooms are average, need an update - otherwise good hotel. However, one huge disappointment was a male front desk team charging my credit card with over 1,000 gbp even though my stay was pre paid for. I am still waiting for a refund, they are taking very long to sort this issue and I don't this is not acceptable.

Hotel is in an area with extensive roadworks and you cannot drive to location due to Road closures. Hotel is very rundown and smelly, equipment rooms is very dated.
