Generally ok cleanliness ok but we needed to get the bed sheets changed as they were stained on arrival Hotel felt a little dated with the furniture Food was good with lots of options

Staff are awesome, food is good if you are on VIP. Intertainment is good too. I will definitely go next year too.

It was good , no issues worth mentioning , satisfied with everything , i recommend it to all.

I DONOT RECOMMEND ANY AMERICAN TO GO THERE AT ALL THEY CAN BE THREATENE TO BE KILLED BY BY THERE ASSOCIATED TAXI DRIVER

Nice hotel close to the beach. I'd say its more of a 4* hotel rather than a 5*. Quite often there were powercuts but restored straight away. Facilities are great. Staff are generaally helpful although some staff do have a bit of a face on. Great resort fir the children. Wifi access everywhere. Friendly environment. And good food.

Definitely recommended for families. Food - All type of delicious food at the buffet. Service - Excellent. Staff - Very Friendly. Comfort & cleanliness- 10/10.

We came to this hotel on our family holiday with a 1 and a half year old. The hotel is great, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The slides were fabulous and the food was great too. Some of it a tad odd but overall really nice. The staff were okay, slightly annoying that majority do not speak English. However one particular fab staff member called Robert made our stay amazing. We found the other guests very rude, lack of manors especially when queuing for food during lunch service. They would just push in and do not apologise or say excuse me. The other guests I also found very demeaning to the staff and intimidating. Overall the hotel was great, food was fab. Always really clean and lots of different drinks/food available to select from. Would definitely recommend the hotel shame about the other guests though!

Hotel staff were friendly , helpful and accommodating. We were given our room 4 hrs ahead of checkin time so we did't had to wait as we had kids and were tired from travel. Food was ok and the kids had a good time. It was need and clean and all facilities were well maintained. Although the we could't find many transportation option from airport which is approx 70 min via taxi. there were lots of activities to chose from for everyone.

Plenty of activities in the resort to keep kids entertained, nice food, we really enjoyed our stay. Downsides- staff don’t understand much English, bed matress are really hard.

The whole family loved it. really good. lots to do or you can do nothing. its your choice.

I would not recommend the taxi company that is based in the hotel. I would rather call up the yellow taxis & pay them. Had a terrible experience with the hotel based taxis, we asked for a 10 seater bus with driver we were furnished with a 9 seater plus driver to take us to manvagat indoor market. we were taken to the outdoor market which we hadnot asked for & after experiencing the indoor shopping we requested to be taken to the outdoor & they wanted to charge another £20 for a two minute trip. When arrangements were made for our pick up we were left stranded in the heat for an hour & half. Their phone is not answered & then we get told of a mis communication regarding pick up time!!!!! Even the day we left the lady was still hasseling us for the £20 when we had told her she did not provide the service we asked for. She was also talking to other people about us in another language which I found totally unacceptable.

Nice hotel that is safe for children, great food and entertainment staff very friendly and cooperative. The bad is they didn't change sheets everyday and the receptionist is rude also the operator woman not cooperating.

To keep it as simple as possible as I am not one to read nor write reviews, it was severely unpleasant. I didn't think it was possible for a 5 star hotel to be of such a low standard. Firstly, the rooms. Probably the biggest problem was the rooms. I cannot fathom the discrepancy between the photos of the room and the actual room itself. Everything just screams low quality, I'll get to the smell later. The shower in the bathroom didn't have a door or anything sort of barrier between it and the toilet itself, so as you showered water would spray all over the bathroom, wetting anything within the vicinity. Not to mention the room itself was incredibly humid. The whole hotel itself had a deepening smell of sewage, but that coupled with the humidity in the room was basically lethal. I couldn't believe it. Moving onto the hotels facilities and such, they were great. It had a fun fair with many fun rides and enthusiastic staff. Great for kids. Not to mention how amazing the aqua park was, along with the multiple pools themselves. Now the beach on the other hand was simply futile. It really should have not even been there. The water was far too salty for one. You couldn't even walk in the beach as there were huge rocks everywhere, it's actually quite dangerous and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Hotel staff were great all around. Really can't complain about them, the highlight of the hotel to be fair. The weather is of course to be expected of Antalya. Incredibly humid.

Very friendly staff, Mediterranean Sea, many pools, water entertainments suitable for children of different ages. Food excellent! Beautiful gardens, clean water in the pools. Staff speaking Turkish, English, Russian, German! Amazing! Will recommend to others, specially for those with children. Will go again if God wish!
