Dedeman Palandoken Resort Hotel

Otele gelmeden öncede yorumlara baktığımda sigara kokusu ile ilgili yorumlar görmüştüm. Böyle bir sorunla karşılaştım. 2. Gün odamı değiştirebildim. Ayrıca yine tekrarlanan bir konuda otel gerçekten çok eskimiş. Konum olarak mükemmel bir konumda fakat otel yapısal olarak fiyat kalite oranını karşılamıyor. Yenilenirse tekrar gelebileceğim bir otel ama bu şekilde bir daha ziyaret edeceğimi sanmıyorum. Yani personelin çalışması güleryüzü hizmeti bir yere kadar fayda sağlar. Spa hizmeti güzel. 2 akşam faydalandım. Ekip gayet iyi. Fakat aynı konu masaj odaları ve masaj yatakları eski. Genel olarak otel renovasyona giderse repeat guest kazanımı iyi yönde olur. Otel giriş reception dış alanı ve otopark kısmıda zemin yapışmalı. Arabadan inip çamura basıyorsunuz. Bir konuda duş camları çok kısa. Duş alındığında bütün banyo su içinde kalıyor. Sonrasında ıslak zemine bakmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Yemekler tarminkardı. Oda temizliğide iyi sayılır.

Genel olarak fiyat/performans bir otel diyebilirim. Özellikle tepede olması, pistlere yakınlığı kayak için gelenler için tercih sebebi olabilir. Bizim odamızda felaket bir sigara kokusu vardı, bu sebeple uyuyamadık; ancak ertesi gün oda değiştirmek isteğimizde hemen başka bir oda sundular. Arkadaşlarımızın ise tuvaletleri çok sıkıntılıydı, sifonları bozuk olduğu için zorluk çektiler. Otelin kendini geliştirebileceği konular var, ancak yine de ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyorlar diyebiliriz. Canlı müzik yapan kişi epey başarılıydı, o ses gibi yarışmalara gitmesini öneririz.

We stayed at Dedeman with my fiance for a 3 day skiing holiday. This vintage hotel is vibey and pretty well-maintained considering its age - it's clean enough. The food selection at the all inclusive cafeteria was very impressive, we were happily fed - although the alcohol prices are riddiculously high for our standards (unfortunately not included in the all-inclusive package). The only major issue we had was with the attitude of the staff at reception. When we first arrived to the hotel around 1pm, they couldn't locate our reservation from their system because of a miscommunication between Hotels.com and them, so our room was not ready. We didn't mind and asked if we could have lunch while they wait for confirmation because we wanted to optimize our time and ski in the afternoon. They didn't allow us and made us wait at the reception until they figured it out. This hotel is at mid-mountain and is the only one there, we obviously didn't come all the way up there to steal a free lunch meal while pretending we had a reservation (pre-paid I should add). We had a similar bad attitude when we were checking out the last day in which case they couldn't organize paying us back for the deposit of ski-lift cards and made my fiance run through the whole hotel looking for a certain employee only to find out afterwards that the employee needed to come back to the reception. Overall, decent hotel experience with very unfriendly and incapable reception crew.

All the hotel staff was amazingly friendly. The hotel had the most convenient access to the ski lifts. Starting from front desk, guest relations, room service, restaurants had really high quality.

Hotel is quilt old, refreshment needed. Food very good and ski in/ski out very comfortable. Transfer included if more then 4 nights, I can recommend to take breakfast and dinner options, was too tired to go to city center after skiing (10 minutes taxi)

Absolutely awesome stay, really enjoyed it. The Hotel manager Alkan really made our stay Awesome. Thanks Alkan for everything.

Everybody was very friendly, checkin process went smoothly. Had a great time with my family - bed was comfortable especially after a long day of skiing

The hotel is very old and quite low quality for the price. Especially, food quality was quite poor.

All the people come here for skiing . Ski staff were helpful. The other things were good comparing its price . The only problem was welcoming by receptionist. She was very cold

Room and bed comfort is insufficient. Meal is tasty and sufficient. Hotel position is perfect.

Good Good value Great location for skiing. Ski-in ski-out at its best. Housekeeping staff helpful and polite So is the restaurant staff Free transfer from and to the airport Free internet, but very slow. Bad Sewage smell coming from the wall between the bathroom and the room. Seperator on the bath tub too short and not effective. Water leaks to the floor after each shower. Wardrobe hangers are stack from front to back direction. Not easy to use, especally since hangers are semi-attached to the rod. Safe was broken at arrival. Loud alarm sound. Fixed promptly. Hotel layout very VERY confusing. Front desk staff unattentive. Mistakes with check-in. Food quality is low even though there is a lot of variety.

The resort doesn't try to be anything but what it is, a solid, economiCal hotel tucked in the mountains. Excellent service for pedestrian amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good experience. Nice views and outstanding slopes will different difficulty levels.

odanın manzarası ve otelin konumu mükemmel. hafta sonları park yeri bulmak biraz sıkıntılı olabiliyor. otel bina olarak biraz eski ancak rahatsızlık veren bir durumu yoktu. oteli esas seçme sebebim olan kapalı havuz maalesef 3 günlüğüne kapalıydı. Otelin kapanış zamanıymış. Otel tam veya yarım pansiyon olarak çalışıyor, ben tam pansiyon aldım. yemek çeşidi olarak bir kaç seçenek sunsa da, yemekler lezzetsizdi. hatta artık patates püresini ne kadar kötü yapabilirler ki deyip aldığımda onun bile kötü olduğunu gördüm. eleştireceğim 2. nokta, kayak kiralamaya günlük 1300 tl fiyat istendi kayak odasında (belki direkt Dedeman'a bağlı değildir bilmiyorum ama otel binasının içerisindeydi) aşağıdaki Dedeman'da ise aynı ekipman 300 tl.

Otelin yeri ve konumu palandökendeki en iyi yer. Yemeklerin lezzeti kalitesi gayet yeterli. Otel çok eski olduğu için yenilenme ihtiyacı var. En önemli eksiği dağ oteli olduğu için uçak saatleri düşünüldüğünde late check out imkanı olmadığında giyinme soyunma odaları olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum

Odalar çok bakımsız ve kötü kokuyor. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Otelin konumu çok güzel

Resepsiyondaki Enes bey kadar guleryuzlu, her konuda cozum odaklı bir personeli olmasi bu otele verilecek puani arttiriyor. Pistin ortasinda oluşu otelin bazi eksilerini kapatabiliyor.

Gayet güzel bir hotel

Otele yapılan yorumlardan dolayı çok çekinerek gittik. Fakat konum olarak Palandöken'de yer alan en iyi otel diyebilirim. Kayak yapanlar için özellikle en iyi konumda yer alıyor. Otelin yemekleri ortalamanın üstü ve beklediğimizden daha lezzetliydi. Otel çok eski evet, odalara ve özellikle yemek salonuna renovasyon gerekli. Ama 2 günlük bir kayak tatili için gerekli tesis ve ekipmana sahip. Ayrıca Otel çalışanları çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlü.
