Property is nice, good clwan pool area, the staff is super friendly especially Oĝur in rooftop restaurants. You can walk to some spots, cafes, pharmacy, convenient stores and ferry station, plus some tourists attractions. The rooms do need to be renovated, they are a bit on the drab side.

The hotel was close to Taksim square Facilities were good with great gym,steam, sauna. Breakfast was excellent with a great buffet. Everything was great.

I liked the convenience of the area to get around but didn’t like the room service. The coffee area wasn’t neat or clean.

Excellent location and impeccable service. Close to metro station at Taksim square accessible to all major attractions. Staff at check in Desk went above and beyond. Concierge very helpful to arrange Bosporus cruise . Breakfast was fantastic and was included in the room, it is a standard in Istanbul. Very nice people and beautiful city. Will definitely come back and stay with intercontinental again. One of the best stays with Expedia over the past 5 years and maybe 10 years.

The service has been great and the people are very helpful and genuine.

Beautiful lobby and grounds. The rooms could be more updated for a five star hotel. Some of the staff seemed kind of grumpy but I was told this is just part of the culture.

I enjoyed my stay at Intercontinental, the front office, concierge and house keeping were all amazing and always smiling. The staff is very well trained and know how to make the guests happy. I want to mention Mehmet from the front office, he upgraded our room and was very helpful. Also Zainab from housekeeping was just a nice and welcoming lady. Great stay, great food and of course great staff.
