I stayed there for two nights and reserved a room in Sofia with a balcony. It was large enough for me as a single traveler, it was in a quiet street so you wouldn't hear anything, and it was only a two-minute walk to all the restaurants. Owned by a really kind family, their daughter Ayzada speaks English and is always willing to help.

Check-in process is fast and efficient, and the staffs are friendly. The room is spacious, and the amenities are complete. Breakfast is superb. Lots of choices, including several cooked food. The restaurant staffs are efficient and polite.

The hotel staff is friendly, even though there is only one person, Aisyah, but she is willing to socialize, willing to help and like family. We feel like visiting an uncle or aunt or relative in Izmir, Turkey.
The conclusion is that we visited and met Uncle Ali, along with his wife and his family assistant.
