Excellent place if you are going to the convention center Tüyap . The room clean , the bed comfortable what o was very dissatisfied not hot water .

I travel all over the world for business and have stayed at hotels “connected“ to the convention center. This property is the worst property I’ve ever stayed at not only is it not connected to the convention center. It is old. The beds are pathetically hard and the service is as unfriendly as it could get. Maybe it is the area I am not sure but there are plenty of cabs, but nobody is driving unless they quadruple the rate they do not use a meter. It’s basically pay this or not get to where you need to go. There was NOT one hotel staff that smiled nor was friendly. They make no attempt to speak English and no hospitality training is evident they are there just doing a JOB. The room I was in was filthy, the bathroom disgusting. They moved me to a room that was occupied 😳 and the 3rd room was on a floor where it was obvious people were smoking. Had it not been mandatory that we stay there I definitely would have moved elsewhere and gotten up an extra hour earlier to sit in traffic with an ungrateful overpriced taxi driver. The reviews are in for me and my company that next year we will not stay there if we attend beauty Istanbul

The hotel is well equipped, in good condition and clean. The actual hotel stuff was very friendly and forthcoming, unfortunately, though the security guys seemed stressed and unfriendly - Possibly, Language barrier and the many foreign guests were overwhelming…

Excellent position if attending a show.

This hotel is perfect if you are attending the fair at Tuyap fair center. When Mr. Tufan from the reception desk saw that I waited a bit long on the check-in que, he upgraded my reservation from standart double room to suite. He was so kind and helpful like all the other hotel crew. I’ve had a wonderful stay there. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The view and the places around with the sea and restaurants like 5 minutes driving or taxi

The stay was nice, I used the sauna and pool. The breakfast wasn't so good, I expected more. There was only 1 shower gel for two persons, that's a minus. If you visit the fair during your stay, there is a way directly from the hotel to the fair. That's a plus. But we weren't informed about it, that's a minus.

car parking is easy. rooms are big, calm, clean and comfortable. good shower. good service in the restaurants. and good food quality. special entrance to the fair. they should announce that the hotel is free of smoking but no comment about that and there is no balcony. was really crowded and the reception doesn't have enough time to give standard explanations.

A great stay , every thing was good

Only redeeming quality is the hotel’s proximity to the exhibition centre. The surroundings are abysmal (think dirty industrial wasteland). The restaurants offer mediocre fare. One night we opted for room service. It took 50 minutes and arrived cold. It is impossible to enjoy the water view when the windows are covered in a thick skim of dirt. Booked for three nights and was changing at the bit to get out of there.

Nice location, to stay with a beautiful sea view. the major drawback is there is no shopping arcade nearby the hotel.

Room was half-way cleaned. A cleaning cloth was left in the bath room. And opened water bottle was left on the mini bar. (I think a previous visitor drank and left there. And no one cleaned it after) Workers there provided very nice service.

The hotel environment is very good. The staff are superb, the reception desk staff are particularly helpful and kind. The big let down is the breakfast. Not enough variety, and of Poor quality.
