A bus full of college athletes came on our second night. We were in the pool and all of them, with their coaches, arrived and proceeded to take over the pool to do training/exercising. The pool was too small for us to enjoy a relaxed swim while they were doing their thing; we were figuratively "forced out". If the hotel accepts sports teams and allows them to use their facilities (such as the pool), they should be required to use it after normal guest hours. This was the only negative part of our stay!!!

Great staff and the property was in excellent shape. Loved the bartender.My only complaint is the parking situation.You had to park in a lot across the street and a bit down from the hotel,I was concerned about the safety and felt the lot was not secure

First off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!

Really fun lobby area with free pool table, table games that can be signed out at no cost, etc. Plinko game at check in where you win prizes from free breakfast to drinks at the bar. Everything was clean but there was a strong maybe carpet shampoo smell when we got to the room, but overall it was a nice stay. Bar tender left early, granted it was a Sunday night, but it altered our plans, only reason for the 4 star sections.

We really appreciated the staff and vibe. The staff that checked us in were friendly, professional and knowledgeable! Loved the bar in the lobby and room was clean and bed was comfy. Highly recommend!!!

Great place to stay in Syracuse, close to Onondaga Creek walk trail for walking and biking and this trail leads to NYS trail around Onondaga Lake. Good breakfast food, nice patio for outside lounging. Very helpful front desk staff.
