Front desk girls were great! The young man wasn’t very friendly who works in the afternoons. Seems preoccupied with headphones and annoyed when you needed something. The pregnant bar tender was hilarious and a joy to talk to. We didn’t go on other nights. Room was only cleaned upon request which was totally fine. The only down fall to us personally was that there weren’t any drawers in the room to unpack. But we were also there for 10 days but not the end of the world and definitely wouldn’t stop us from coming back. There was a breakfast bar, nothing over $6. We didn’t utilize it but we aren’t breakfast people. There’s a washer and dryer on the 5th floor. Clothing smelled and appeared to be washed well. Pool and hot tub closed for the season still (expected that). Small gym. Nice lay out of the hotel.

Hotel itself is definitely in need of a real cleaning top to bottom. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Got our room and it was dank and smelled awful, and I mean awful. So much so that we had to request a room swap, first time I have ever done that. Staff came up to our room and brought us another room key. Very accommodating and professional, which was great as we were a bit embarrassed to ask for a new room. The new room had water leaking out of the mini fridge, the ceiling had water stains and peeling paint, and the shower was quite dirty. No cups for the in room coffee pot leaving me to feel like we paid a premium price for a low end budget motel.

When we arrived they were having some sort of computer problems. It took 20 minutes to get us checked in. The girl at the desk was understandably frustrated but we didn’t get any explanation of the problem or apology for the inconvenience. The furniture in the was stained and dirty the room had a terrible smell. There were also no wash rags in the room. They allow pets and we heard dogs barking half the night.

Room was just ok, nothing special. Entire hotel smells odd, perhaps because of the pets. The pool area smells like sewage. Would never stay here again. Most of the staff was friendly. Stayed two nights and no maid service, had to get my own clean towels for day two.

I plugged my phone into the USB across the room. It did not work in my phone died in the middle of the night. Luckily, I woke up and saw that it was dead. There’s no alarm clock in the room so I had to go down to the front desk. They did not have a block for me to plug my phone in obviously obviously I didn’t bring one myself either. Which is partly my fault. I expected the USB in the room to work otherwise I would’ve gone and gotten one. They did not offer a wake up call in the morning after explaining my situation so I had to go out at 2:30 in the morning and find a charger block so I could charge my phone and be able to wake up in the morning. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. After sleepless night driving over Tulsa, trying to find a charging block that was not 26.99. It really was not a nice thing to discover. My room smelled like mold, but honestly, the whole place kind of did didn’t smell very good. The only thing that I really liked for the bartenders. They were so very attentive and they didn’t have to be because I’m not really a drinker.

Called approximately 2 hours before our anticipated arrival to request a first floor room due to traveling with a K9. The girl who answered was very kind and indicated that there was a room that would be vacated so it shouldn’t be an issue. However when we arrived, more than 2 hours later, not only had the room not been cleaned, there was only a room on the 3rd floor available as there was a long term resident who is erratic at best and they don’t put guest by him. As a trade off we were offered breakfast that didn’t exist because the weekend person was sick so we could have had microwave breakfast items.

This property was far below our expectations after being so impressed and pleased with our stay a few weeks ago at Aloft in Wichita, Kansas. This Tulsa property had a bad mildew smell and facility has not been maintained. We’ll proceed with caution going forward when considering Aloft unless staying in Wichita.

I wasn't impressed with my stay at this Aloft location. When I got to the room, there was no TV remote in the room, I notified the front desk and about 45 minutes later, maintenance brought one. There was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower and there was no ice machine on the 5th floor where our room was. In fact I couldn't find one anywhere. I went to ask the front desk a couple of times but no one was there. That being said, the front desk attendants were friendly upon check-in and check out.

The entire hotel smelled like a litter box. Carpet floors felt damp to the touch. The fire alarm went off across the hall from us at 7AM and three engines showed up to a homeless man living in the hotel room smoking joints and an aggressive dog. Travelled with our two small children and two dogs. Side door keypad was broken so people would prop it open with a rock all night. Did not feel safe. Had four in our room and only 2 towels were provided. When I asked the front desk for 2 more towels, they said there were none left and we had to use a bathmat. Front desk ladies were very nice but the establishment was a disaster. 0/10 would not recommend.

The reason I chose that hotel is because of the welcoming smell at every other Aloft i've ever stayed in. When we walked in, it was the worst musty stinky smell, it was so stinky and off putting!! The room was so humid, we had the AC on, but I kept waking up throughout the night because the air was so heavy

the property was as expected. However the reservation had not been covered by hotels who went through expedia. for the reservation. I had to personally contact hotels and expedia to get their payment method put on my reservation. This process took about half an hour to complete.
