Posting a apology inside the elevator is like killing and saying sorry after the dead. They are undergoing renovation and renting in between and bs is that they are posting a apology after you pay at the front desk and it becomes non refundable. Hello. I woke up with ants all over my bed, on my clothes, in my sheets. Literally everywhere. I am very upset about this, and it is completely unacceptable. I have pictures and videos of many ants crawling everywhere and it is quite disgusting.

Housekeeping does an outstanding job keeping the rooms immaculately clean and comfortable. But the killer is the reception: complete failure, total disaster. No courtesy, no customer service skills whatsoever, no common sense. I arrived at the hotel early. Because of that and to display their ghettoness, wickedness and greed, she managed to keep me and my family sitting at a little table waiting for close to 5 hours instead of having a room ready for us. And to top it off, she had the nerves to ask me for $15 if I want her to get a room ready for me, while other guests kept checking in and out right in front of us.. That’s disgusting. I still feel sick in my stomach. Best Western needs to watch out.
