The room was nice, the staff was very friendly, but.....they only cleaned the room once a week.....I stayed there 12 nights. Had to go down to the front desk to get clean towels. Ran out of toilet paper twice. The place just wasn't managed very well.

Staff was nice. They let us check in at 1:15 pm because we had to get dressed for a funeral. Air conditioner wasnt working good in the bedroom. We called about it nobody never came to check on it. Things could have been cleaner around the hotel and I didnt realize when booking they didnt have continential breakfast. I dont feel it's worth the money paid. .

The Hotel was convenient, close to supermarkets and shopping centers. Gym and laundry facility within the hotel excellent

No ac in bedroom only common area. Did have a bathroom vent fan to bring in cool air to bedroom but wasn’t efficient enough had to keep door open and rattled terrible. No soap in bathroom. Phones did not work to call desk.

The bed was comfortable but the couch and chair were horrific.

I enjoyed the fact that the property was generally clean with no smell of smoke inside. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The staff, especially Shaniya, were very helpful. Thank you!

Close to many fun restaurants, Niagara Falls, and Buffalo airport. Perfect hotel for a quick stay.

Very nice staff. Easy to find. Very clean. Updated and modern. Not an old/renovated property.

Great hotel & exceptional service at front desk. Not full service but good if you don’t need that. Just complimentary basic coffee in lobby which is fine (not breakfast) & Kitchenette came in handy, but food scent can linger in room. Great place for the price and close to Univ of Buffalo (North Campus).

We liked that we could have a drink and chat outside of the patio.

The rooms and the property were clean.

We came to the hotel to get relief from the extreme heat and reserved a 1 bedroom suite. The air conditioner was in the main living room, there was not anything in the bedroom. The design of the room was that they put a hole in the wall near the AC unit in the living room and screwed a vent cover on each side of the wall that went from the living room to the bedroom, which was a terrible design. The coolness only dripped into the bedroom, so we had to leave the bedroom door open (which was a problem for my autistic daughter who needed the door closed). Even with the door open the coolness was limited and made it difficult to sleep. The overall hotel was clean, the employee we encountered was nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, except for the heat.
