The staff and room were nice. I did not like that they actually took a deposit out of my account and put it back instead of just held it like other hotels I've been at.

This property is updated, fresh paint in the halls and alot of work has gone into this location. The bed is comfortable and there are plenty of pillows (4).

Where do I begin! 1. The stench of marijuana/pot INSIDE the building. There’s no way the staff didn’t smell it, unless they were the culprits! Just saying! 2. The room had a dull smell of smoke in it that the staff undoubtedly just couldn’t clean out. Nasty! 3. The receptacles with NO covers…dangerous!!! 4. The ‘new’ flooring had all kinds of issues. Humps everywhere, cracks in the LVP, not to mention the ‘hatch door’ in the refrigerator room going down to who knows where. CREEPY! 5. The AC had so much moisture in it that made you feel wet, like a cold steam room. Ugh! 6. The online pictures are incredibly deceiving. The foyer has a beautiful double staircase…but we didn’t sleep in the foyer! Now, before anyone says ‘What did you expect, it’s a Days Inn…not the Marriott’, I agree. But when you’ve been traveling for over 10 hours, you find something, anything…but…not this! WE WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!

The smell that greeted us at the door wasn’t the worst, but it wasn’t great. I pre checked in but it saved zero time, so not sure why it was even an option. Our original room the battery for the door was dead so I had to help the employee figure out how to break in essentially. If the smell of the lobby was bad, the room was 10x worse. It was clearly smoked in very frequently, we figured we would open the windows only to find out there were wasps in the windows. The curtains had what looked like vomit or poop wiped on them. I was able to wipe off some unknown substance off the floor with a baby wipe, so it clearly wasn’t even mopped. There was hair on the doors, the toilet seat had visible urine and wasn’t screwed onto the toilet so not just dirty but not even safe. We were fully prepared to sleep in our car at this point. The receptionist swapped us rooms which was at least clean enough to sleep in but we did go buy sheet simply because overall, it was gross. If you don’t care about cleanliness, this place is for you. The breakfast room the next morning didn’t smell like fresh food, it smelled like pot so we left as soon as possible. Truly the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

Rooms weren’t very clean and our HVAC didn’t work. At 1 AM we asked to be moved; we were first offered an even hotter room and were told no other rooms were available. After more back-and-forth, they finally moved us to a room with working AC. I appreciate that it was ultimately fixed, but it shouldn’t have been this difficult—and the noise from neighboring rooms didn’t help.

The staff were all great and happy to accommodate us when we asked to switch rooms due to an AC issue in our original room. The beds were comfortable and clean. No bugs in sight, which is a big thing for me when staying in hotels. Everything was very outdated, the rooms could definitely benefit from some upgrades. Nothing was dirty, but due to the age of sinks, toilets, tubs, etc, everything just had a dinghy look to it. The internet/wifi connection was very poor. I would expect to pay a bit less than what I actually did for the room we got. The area outside the hotel seemed a bit sketchy, but it was quiet. Overall, it was a fine experience, but I don’t think I would stay here again unless there were some significant upgrades to the rooms.

Wow, this is a bad hotel. The best part was the super friendly woman at the desk. As soon as I walked in the room I could smell musty mold and when I looked in the bathroom I looked up and the ceiling was covered with it, and there was a super funky nonslip bathmat in the tub that I dreaded stepping on. Despite some attempts at updating what was probably a nice hotel 60 years ago, it needs a full gut and rehab. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more somewhere else.

The hotel overall was great. In my room the toilet was loose but it was no big deal. My only complaint is that they wouldn't reimburse me for the 2nd night when I checked out a day early. I pretty much paid for an empty room. That sucked but rules are rules I suppose. My favorite part of the hotel room was the water pressure. It was perfect. I will definitely stay there again if I come back to that area.

The check in at night was quick and easy. Great clerk. Check out was a different story. The desk clerk had to keep the breakfast area going as well as check the rooms for damages and take a smoking break, while patrons waited. Breakfast was probsbly the minimum they could get by with and remain under Wyndoms umbrella.

Sink in the bedroom would not drain. Big spider in the shower. Not much of a choice for breakfast and the whole place needs updating. Also the grass needed to be cut. Other than that it was okay.

Checkin was easy and quick. Nice lady up front made it simple. Room was clean and stocked. My only complaint is the water pressure. After driving almost 8 hours, I wanted a hot shower to end the day and there was virtually no pressure. The shower also had draining issues. Other than that it was a nice hotel and I would choose this location again.
