Always nice to stay in Embassy Suites

Embassy Suites is always a “safe” booking. The staff was very nice, and the cocktail hour had more options than other Embassy Suites. BUT, paying $17 per night for parking, was a little ridiculous, when no one would park there for any other reason???

Poor water pressure,dated rooms and AC was not working.

Made reservations in March for 2 nights. Get to hotel in September and they say reservations are for one night. Show receipt for 2 nights. They say ok it’s 2 nights. Reminded front desk repeatedly that our reservations were for 2 nights. Nonetheless keep getting phone calls in our room questioning the length of our stay. Finally walked down to front desk and showed Expedia receipt. Went back to room but now access card doesn’t work. Went back down to get new card. Next day access card quit working again before check out time. Front desk blamed Expedia for the problems.

You can’t beat the breakfast Embassy Suites offers, however the rooms need to be updated.

The room was so beautiful and clean only one bad thing it was so hot in the room a/c was not working.

Free drink offer was nice, but bar staff needed more help.

Exceptional full option breakfast. Easy parking located walking distance from outside mall. Lovely rooms and super comfortable.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. One bed was very comfortable but the comforter had stains. The other bed looked very clean but was extremely uncomfortable; the mattress needs to be replaced in my opinion. The rest of the suite looked clean but the couch looked like it had stains that need to be steamed off possibly. Lastly the bathroom was very clean with products provided to shower including lotion which was appreciated. Unfortunately the extremely cheap shower head with the lack of good water pressure ruined my shower experience. I expected more for what I paid especially since I have stayed at other Embassy Suites that have provided better quality showers and beds. What did meet my expectations was the breakfast in the morning and the evening happy hour. All staff I came across was extremely polite and helpful.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. All the staff was WONDERFUL with exception of the gal (multi-color hair) at the front desk when I EMERGED FROM THE STUCK ELEVATOR which delayed my check-out and made me late!!! I was stuck in there about 6 minutes and the emergency phone put me on hold and I was able to flag down an employee as the elevator was all glass--Thankfully. She failed to apologize or ANYTHING! The rest of the hotel was wonderful, full breakfast daily was a smash, and everyone was very attentive. Really good value for the buck and so close to the airport and next to many stores...Nordstrom Rack, World Market, Ross, Sprouts, etc.

The hotel was nice but upon arrival to our room there were dirty dishes outside of our door and later that night we noticed cockroaches on the ceiling near our room. The faucet of our restroom leaked the entire time so it was noisy at night. Overall the bedroom was clean and the location of the hotel was convenient and walkable to stores and restaurants.
