Breakfast had plenty of options. The bed was very comfortable. Check in/out was handled well - very friendly.

WiFi wouldnt connect to devices. Pics of the hotel shows a hot tub but there was no hot tub. The lobby and dining area was extremely hot so was sweating while eating breakfast every morning. Very uncomfortable. I asked the person at the front desk about the WiFi issue and he said he didn’t know how to fix issue. I am very disappointed with my stay here and will not stay here in the future.

Staff was great and breakfast was good. I was very disappointed for the fact I only booked this hotel due to the website saying there was a pool and hot tub which I use for to relax and I have an athlete that uses it also but after his game we went to relax and there was not hot tub at all and the pool was cloudy and ice cold couldn’t even get in we asked the staff and they said they had trouble updating their website also didn’t tell us before our stay that they were under construction during our stay, then the room they initially gave us didn’t even have a tv where the beds were and the toilet tried overflowing so they have us a different room. We checked out early and went to another hotel and we have never done that before holiday inns never usually disappoint.

Pool was very cold not heated and its indoors. They only take card payment not cash or do they expect paypal card as payment. Other than that was very clean

Hotel was being updated. Rolloffs everywhere and freight containers. Looked new in design but mattress and pillows were not new

The location was close to the animal park we visited. It was also conveniently located near two fast food locations, Sam’s club and Walmart. Hotel pool was nice with hours that allowed for it to be used.

The location is very convenient. Love the free breakfast. Staff is always friendly.

Decent place, but needs a lot of maintenance. Shower handle was about to fall off. Tub was slanted so that any water on the rim of the tub (due to shower) ran off onto the floor. Had to throw my shoulder into the door to get it to open. Orange juice was watery. Couldn't change channels on TV until investigating found that cable box was behind the TV stand. Faucet in wet bar only output about 1/3 normal volume of water.

No clean rooms avaliable at 3:40 pm. We need to change into formal clothes for a wedding at 5:00. Staff gave us keys to rooms knowingly not ready. Cleaning staff call back to front desk reexplaining the situation. Front desk eventually issued new rooms to us around 4:15. Cleaning staff very apologetics to us!

The property is completing its renovations after what appears to be extensive water damage. Quite a few ceiling areas still need to have the water stains painted over. Other than that it was wonderful evening. Lots of shopping areas to enjoy if you would like. Overall a safe area.

Location

Water would run hot and cold. Elevator wasn't working. Pool was not in service.

Because the elevator was out i requested a 1st floor room due to knee pain but the room i was given was next outer stairs and a exit door which was constantly slammed keeping me up at night. The television signal kept buffering in and out and the shuttle bus i requested for 4 am wasn't available but i was substituted a uber.
