Room was never cleaned. We were there 2 nights. I even spoke to housekeeping lady who took note of our room number. But then it was never cleaned. Which was disappointing. Other than staff was friendly. Helped me with circuit. Location is central. Room was spacious

Great customer service

We recently stayed at this hotel, choosing it based on our many great experiences with this brand at other locations across the US. Unfortunately, this particular stay did not meet the expectations we’ve come to expect from this chain. Positives: The room itself was decent—clean and functional—but not exceptional. It met basic expectations, though there wasn’t anything particularly outstanding about it. The staff was friendly, which we appreciated, though they were unfortunately a bit slow during check-in. Areas for Improvement: Front Desk Service: The front desk was notably slow, causing delays during check-in, which can be frustrating after a long day of travel. Additionally, the garbage cans were overflowing, and the front area outside was crowded and chaotic. Breakfast: The breakfast area had very limited seating, and we had to wait in long lines. Neighborhood Safety: The surrounding area had several homeless individuals sleeping on the sidewalks, which made it feel unsafe, especially when we arrived late at night (around 11 pm). This was particularly concerning for our family. While we have had many positive experiences with this hotel brand in the past, this particular location fell short. The slow service, lack of seating for breakfast, and the neighborhood’s condition were disappointing, and we hope these issues are addressed to better align with the standards we've enjoyed at other locations.

Staff was amazing

Very nice and clean property. Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms and other amenities very well maintained. I especially appreciate getting refund for 2 nights, as we had to leave early, and, having booked through 3rd party, they actually could have charged us for those days. Booking was technically 7 days non-refundable. But hotel was nice enough to issue refund for 2 unused days.

Clean, good breakfast and pool area

My family and I had a nice stay here, we had more than enough space and everyone was very friendly

This was by far one of the best hotels ive stayed at with my family in Fort Lauderdale I wpuld highly recommend

The property was in a great location. The staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. I have already recommended Home2 to other people. Thank you for a great stay.

🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Beautiful place,it smelled amazing and was exceptionally clean. The pool on the 5th floor was stunning, with a perfect view and sparkling water. The rooms were spotless.Customer service was excellent, and MJ, the manager, had such a wonderful attitude.He answered all of my questions and most importantly he did it with a beautiful smile on his face. The hotel has outstanding security, and everything is conveniently located nearby. We absolutely loved our stay and had a great time. Area was not great but it's still an amazing hotel.

The pool is amazing! Great temperature of water! Shower had good pressure in room. Secure parking for a fee. Asked for two extra pillows and they provided them quickly. Excellent attitude of check-in workers. They gave us 2 free waters at check-in also. A 10 minute walk to the wharf shopping and restaurants.

Horrible first night. Unclean first room and issues up till 10pm. During stay asked to have sheets changed and 48 hrs later still not done until next day.

The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, making our experience really pleasant. The staff was also really awesome. Shout out to MJ and Sher

The one thing we loved about our stay was how incredibly clean the room was. One of my pet peeves is going to a place that doesn’t take attention to detail but our room was immaculate., the bathrooms the floors the carpets had no stains. Smelled fresh and clean. Comfortable beds. (the pullout bed could’ve been a little bit more comfortable, but that’s to be expected) the full breakfast in the morning that was included with our room was perfect so many different options and yet again very clean and tasty. I might as well add that the front desk receptionist was very courteous and kind. AND very respectful. I already booked my next vacation with them in Orlando.

There was hair left on the night stand and in the bathroom corners. There was also hair stuck in the towels. It did not bother me so much, but if I had female friends with me they would have freaked out
