The room smelled like sewage complained to front desk

Clean spaces, friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here again.

Because the weather during part of our stay was horribly cold we spent a lot of time inside. We were a large group with mobility challenged individuals. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The rooms were comfortable. We would come here again.

The hotel staff and hotel itself was awesome. Despite there being signs to clean up after your dog, unfortunately many people did not. Overall great stay.

They need more gluten-free foods. The others was great. Bed comfort, easy internet access.

Everything was great from the room to the breakfast and staff especially the young man at the desk when my grand daughter and I arrived his name is Keshang he was exceptionally good he was very very attentive to us and was ready to help make our stay better in any way he could give that man a raise !! All in all our experience was exceptional we will definitely be back !

My small family pulled in after a long day of traveling and were warmly greeted by Keshang, who got us checked in quickly, offered water, and even a toy to my small son. Our room was super spacious and well prepared. Each morning offered a massive free breakfast that easily saved us $30+ per day. The laundry facilities (2 wash/2 dry) are free to use and you can buy soap/dryer sheets at the front desk. Speaking of - someone is at the front desk 24/7 - I'm super appreciative of this. During a one week stay, I interacted with at least 4 staff members and each one was very friendly, pleasant to speak to, and offered help at every turn. The only drawback is that there's a BBQ restaurant across the street that played outdoor live music on weekend nights. It didn't seem to go past 9pm so maybe there's a curfew, but when you're doing bedtime for a small child at 7-8pm, it was off-putting. We were on the far side across from the pool. Aside from asking for a different room, we loved this location and would definitely stay again.

This is a great hotel. Clean, modern, well maintained, friendly staff, great parking, good location. My only complaint is they are “pet friendly”. Not a problem for 99% of the population, but I DON’T LIKE ANIMALS.

Great hotel. Super friendly front desk. Very welcoming atmosphere. Room was spacious yet cozy with curtain to separate sleeping area. Very clean.

This is my second stay at the Home2Suites in Utica, and I would readily book there again! In both my experiences, the staff was friendly & accommodating, our room was clean & spacious, and we enjoyed walking to the local restaurants!

We were looking for a place to stay for one night, off the NYS thruway. This was a perfect spot, price was right, facility was in excellent condition, and breakfast was yummy.

Very clean, very spacious and comfortable. Did not care for the coffee service in the room.
