Room was clean, hotel staff were great. About a block up and a couple blocks over from the subway. My 15 year old daughter and I walked all around and never felt unsafe. It was quiet outside.

It was a nice room and clean. I still think it was too small for 4 people and in order to reach the bathroom I had to walk side ways behind the bed. lol, but it was very clean, so I’m happy with that. It was a shame that they charge for parking, but these are not a big deal

The property was close by to the events we had planned in Brooklyn, so lyft and ubers were reasonable. The room wasnt terrible, we did notice that splinters were on the bathroom door. No shams on the beds so stains were visible on the box spring. Also there were not enough towels in our bathroom. Waited 45min for more to be brought up.

Attempted to use ATM in the lobby not in service. Attempted to buy some beverages was told they did not have change for 20 so I would have to spend close to $15 in order to get five dollars back. Upon check out, I was told I was unable to get a printable receipt.

Very small rooms and bathroom w/ limited space and “every room is designed the same.” I requested a handicapped accessible room and they placed me in a hot a** basement next to the laundry, kitchen etc. Looked more like a dungeon I asked to be moved and was told there were no more handicapped accessible..the only difference in the room is that there is a bar in the bathtub which online they advertise as a walk in shower. Will NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN!
