Caring Staff + Great Location = Happy Yale Parents We had a great four-night stay while moving our daughter into Yale. The managers truly went above and beyond. At check-in, one manager patiently showed us alternative room options when we were worried about noise, and the room we chose was perfect. Another manager impressed us as well — after we mentioned the tub was slippery and no mat had arrived, he personally went out to buy one for us. The location is unbeatable for visiting Yale, and we loved being able to walk everywhere. The afternoon snacks in the lobby were a nice touch as well. Housekeeping could improve on restocking supplies like coffee pods and coffee cups, but calls to the front desk resolved it quickly. The surrounding neighborhood isn’t the best, though that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, excellent service and an ideal location made this a very positive stay. We’d happily return.

Fantastic stay! I was especially impressed by the staff friendliness, from the front staff to the coffee shop attendant, everyone was kind! The rooms are standard and well equipped. Will definitely come back!

Staff was amazing, from the lobby staff to the housekeeping and wonderful in room dining. Unfortunately I had a fall in front of the hotel, quite loud as I injured both knees and ankles, however no staff 😟came to assist me, despite having dropped all my packages and bloodied my knees. Please ask staff to pay attention to guests around the hotel environs.

One of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel that is supposed to be a good hotel. They knowingly rent out a room that has a broken AC unit as we got into town late. It was acting up as soon as we got into the room and was set to 64F and only making room 73F and later that night got up to 79F. The next day the AC all together stopped working. They sent a repairman who said the FAN in the unit is broken and that it needs to be replaced and that it will work temporarily. It worked for a couple of hours but it then stopped and we got another room. I asked for the manager but They never returned my calls after asking for them to return my call 5 times. They then rented out the very same room to another couple who we happened to meet while at their bar . They shared their experience with us and found out that they had moved into the very same room the very same that we moved out of the room 614. To them the manager pretended they didn’t have a room but eventually gave in .,they just didn’t want to give up their higher priced higher room. This hotels practices are immoral and would not recommend anyone to stay there.
