The front desk gentleman James made our stay amazing! He was funny, kind, and personable! We thank you James! Rooms could be a little cleaner we found hair in toilet/ shower area. Bed was comfortable, room and hotel quiet.

I had a terrible stay in the hotel I had been in previous to this one. I was very apprehensive when I checked in, but the person who checked me in was efficient and friendly. I was so relieved when I got to the room. It was spacious, super clean, and exactly what I needed. Not only did it feel great after the prior hotel, it was great on its own. Every interaction I had with staff was fantastic. The soap that came in the room even smelled good. I will def be back.

We had a suite, with one chair, no couch or other seating. The continental breakfast.was terrible, fruit pass its prime, very limited choice for food, no OJ with a very poor tasting orange drink. Could hear loud noise in other rooms. Will not return here!

First off the location is super sketchy. Someone in a run down person car unloading white sheets they look like they bought out Ross and TJmaxx. Found out later they were low on sheet. People hanging out in lobby to watch TV or charge phone that dont have a room there. Drug deals happening in the parking lot. Some guy was scoping out the inside of cars including mine. I have to find out where i can share pictures... there were ants everywhere, including inside the sheets of my bed...a hair tie that didnt belong to me inside the the bed, tub was disgusting. I went down stairs to get new sheet to remake my bed he gave me the sheet that had been bought earlier that day and told me they were brand new..upon grabbing them and walking up stairs a stench of vinegar came from them my husband told me to go get new one again...thinking about it there wansnt enough time to unpack, wash, dry and fold all the sheets..I asked the front desk guy if these were washed he said yes and I said what happened was they were sprayed with vinegar after fluffing them up in the dryer straight from the box. Staff was weird. Especially the breakfast guy..he was talking about how much he looks alot young than 53. He kept creeping on my kids too touched my 5 year old daughters hair twice. Unfortunately I chose this hotel because it was okay priced because we drive up the night before our cruise. I would never stay there again.

I have stayed at other Red Lion locations and have never been in such dirty room before. This is substandard to Red Lion. Dirt is on the curtains, walls, TV, bathroom. Bathroom celing has mold on it! To close door to the bathroom you need to stand in the tub?! This is how tiny it is. Paint is peeling everywhere! Bed is so hard i felt as if i layed on layer of bricks.Outside is not safe and dirty! They should have inspector come in to close them down! I cannot believe they charged me so much as $130 for the night. I got pictures to show what is going on there.

Upon check-in (late at night) given a run down smoking room designated for pets so the smells were atrocious- furniture was marred and scratched. No other rooms available that night. Next night moved us to different room and floor and it was nicer. Had a jacuzzi tub which we used one morning. Next morning they told me that we weren’t supposed to use the tub and had accused us of turning on the plumbing as apparently the tub leaked down two floors unbeknownst to us. (A sign or tape or actually turning the water off would be great starts to communicating maintenance issue). The only saving grace was the maintenance guy who was as kind as could be and also doubled as the night clerk.

Back in the day, this was called Garden Inn. It was funky and run down then. I think they changed the carpet into vinyl and that's it. I was surprised, being under the Red Lion name and thought they'd do more than that. A handicap accessible room not truly accessible. Grab bars present in bathroom, but unable to access shower since it was a tub over shower. The blanket on the bed had a huge hole in it. The continental breakfast was marginal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was not the quality I expect from Red Lion.
