It was my families first time in NY and we enjoyed our stay. As soon as we walked in Nona helped us and made our check in process very convenient and Mary the female bartender was kind and amazing! I highly recommend this hotel because of the wonderful staff and atmosphere.

It’s a bit far from the trem for the area because the walk to the train at night is not safe. You will be scared if you are a women.

Requested a working remote immediately after checking in. Contacted front desk and was told someone would be up shortly. Person never arrived. We went out and returned around 3:00 am. Stopped by front desk and again was told someone would be up. Person came and could not get the remote to work. He said he’d be back but never did. After waiting for a while, I called desk and was told no engineer onsight at this time. Someone came early while we were sleep. Mind you we waited a while earlier. We just decided to forget about the TV. We were very disappointed in this Marriott property and we love Marriott products. We are titanium members.
