Staybridge Suites ST. PETERSBURG DOWNTOWN by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Our room had lots of space and bed was comfy, but the only issue was bathroom was very small, glass shower door in room 518 was half way on didn’t look cleaned. There were also bugs in the light on the ceiling.

A very clean, modern and nice hotel at a very convenient location, staff very friendly.

The overall stay was very pleasant. The bedroom was comfortable and made for a good night’s rest. Breakfast was tasty, with a nice variety of fruits and other options to choose from. The location is also good, making it convenient to get around. A solid choice for both comfort and accessibility.

Did not like walking outside with children and smelling drugs being used in the parking lot. Parking is terrible will not recommend or revisit the location.

My stay was very pleasant here, the staff were extremely friendly and the services provided were great. The complemental breakfast was full filling as well.

Tub was dirty, not washed and had hair in it. Candy from a previous stay perhaps was on floor in room and kitchen.

Nice, pet friendly, kitchenette area, pool- everything you really need and not a bad price. Its right off the highway, and downtown is right there!

The staff were so accommodating and the property was just as pictured. Will definitely stay again!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, top notch in that department. Room could've been cleaned a bit mor thoroughly but was clean where it counts. Parking was a bit chaotic but was overall a none issue. The location was conveniently located near food and entertainment as well as close to the damily we came to visit. We recommend getting a cuban sandwich from Bodega while staying here.

We were there 2 nights. The negative: The bathtub was not very clean. We had to go to the front desk to get towels because the cleaner did not come to our room. We did not have a remote for one of the tv’s. There was no soap for the bath. Other than that our stay was very nice. We did not get to use the pool. The room was very nice. Loved having a full kitchen. Room was clean. The breakfast was amazing! The front desk lady was very nice. We stayed in June and we will stay again.

GOOD TREATMENT AND SERVICES .

Staybridge in St.Petersburg was just okay. Reported trouble with hot water not working well in fifth floor room twice. Warmed up after running water 4 or 5 minutes. Very odd to have to do this in a hotel.

A lot of the pool area was not tended to. $90 hotel maybe not $200

I liked that it had a family oriented environment. The room was very convenient, comfortable, and efficient. The pool was great especially since it only went up to 5ft. The breakfast was delicious and the Monday charcuterie styled buffet with wine tasting was my favorite. Overall great experience and would recommend and return to whenever in the area.

Elevators and hallways smelled of weed constantly throughout our stay. Carpets in hallways look filthy, stained, not vacuumed. Toilet didn't fill quickly, took forever to flush. Shower did not drain, standing in inches of water while showering. A lot of random people appeared to just be loitering in the lobby, pool area, gym. Breakfast promptly closed at closing time to the point that i couldn't finish putting cream in my coffee when I was being reminded they were closed. Closing time was 9:30 and they quickly put up gates shut the lights off and pushed everyone out. Odd vibe overall and not the normal Staybridge experience we're used to.

The hotel carpet throughout the hotel is dirty and the smell is like its not kept and sanitized. There was a lot of dogs and not able to care for there needs properly at the site. My room was not vacuum. I booked this hotel on pass experiences and was very disappointed this time. The hotel has gone way down since September of 2024. Very unsatisfied customer The only good thing is location.

Do not walk alone at night outside

No air condition had to change room middle of the night with children. Crying consistently because they were hot

Poor water Pressure and water Barely hot. I spill something with only water in it but when I cleaned it up the cloth was very dirty from poor cleaning.
