Staff was amazing. The front desk heard that itcwas my daughter's first time in Austin and theyvwent to get a wagon of kiddie toys to let her choose from. We were not expecting that, so it was little things like that that made our stay special.

Some of the staff was not nice and place are over priced paid $1000 for a suite that was not clean and when we showered it leaked had to put towels down every time we showered.

From stepping out of the car all the way through the end of my trip, all staff were incredible and exactly what I've come to expect from W properties. Everyone was kind, attentive and helpful. I had requested my room to be available early if possible and they were able to accommodate. The restaurant and cafe were both fantastic along with the amenities and my room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

First of all, this was our first stay in a W hotel. When I told the team that we were celebrating our anniversary. They immediately offered us complimentary upgrade. We were wowed when we opened the door to celebratory strawberries and champagne. My heart melted. My husband and I were thrilled and appreciative!
