The staff was very helpful. There was work being done on the hotel and hammering was going on from 9am until 5 pm. When I asked at thfront desk, they advised me, because I had booked thru expedia, there was nothing to be done. They said they might be able to dosomething about parking($80.00 a day) but that did not happed.

Elevators are inadequate for the size of the facility. Had to take stairs or the service elevator every morning. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Will stay elsewhere next visit.

Reserved and paid in advance for a "Suite on the Avenue" for Labor Day weekend. Was informed upon check in that the Suite was not available until the following day. The Warwick crammed our party of three into a tiny room (that you cannot reserve for a party of three), whose terrace was inaccessible because of construction. We had to wait 45 minutes for a rollaway bed that arrived without pillows and were told, upon requesting more pillows, "There are 5 on the bed, use those." The Warwick refused our request, over and over again, for a discount. Buyer BEWARE at The Warwick!!!

Problem with this hotel are the lifts , they are very slow and not uncommon to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a lift to arrive. As a consequence I would not stay there again, yet everything else about this hotel fine

It was only a one night stay and generally speaking it was pretty good in terms of friendly staff and location, and the only complaint is the cleanliness. The bathroom needs a little bit more maintenance especially the toilet and in the closet we found a wet used towel so I can conclude that the cleaning staff not as attentive as they should be. It’s not a four stars hotel service in my opinion.

I booked the room via Expedia with a city view, but the window of room can only see one side of the wall. - front deck told me only book via their website can be a better view and wall view is a what I booked. Additional to that, the AC is extremely loud due to the position of the AC and the layout of the room. I used a decibel meter app on my iPhone to measure it, and it was basically aroun 65 dB. When I asked for change a room, they said they are fully booked and have to wait till next day. Eventually we get up early in the morning complain again to get a different room. The hairdryer in both of the rooms are so old and beaten. The location is good, easy to get around in the city.
