My husband and I had a good experience at Amour Resort Ba Vi. The resort is very clean, cozy, and the staff are very enthusiastic. I like the space here and the way the rooms are decorated, from the bathroom to the bedroom, all have a cinnamon scent, very fragrant.

A good experience, very cool space, blending with nature, clean room with convenient furniture. The indoor 4-season swimming pool needs to be improved, I personally find it not very clean and has a slight ammonia smell, breakfast although has a few dishes but is still delicious, a plus point is that the hotel restaurant makes delicious and extremely beautiful Vietnamese food, you should enjoy dinner here, it's great!

Địa điểm đẹp nhưng buổi tối không có dịch vụ chơi mấy, ví dụ cafe, pub, nghe nhạc. Đặc biệt mình rất không hài lòng với thái độ nhân viên bán vé ở cổng. Đã bỏ sót để khách đi vào sau đấy xưng hô bất lịch sự và đòi tiền khách như thể quỵt vé vào vậy. Thực sự rất khó chịu

Địa điểm đẹp nhưng buổi tối không có dịch vụ chơi mấy, ví dụ cafe, pub, nghe nhạc. Đặc biệt mình rất không hài lòng với thái độ nhân viên bán vé ở cổng. Đã bỏ sót để khách đi vào sau đấy xưng hô bất lịch sự và đòi tiền khách như thể quỵt vé vào vậy. Thực sự rất khó chịu

We sincerely apologize that the ticket sales staff's attitude when guests passed through the gate of Ba Vi National Park affected your experience while staying at Amour Resort. Immediately after receiving your feedback, we conducted an inspection and worked with the National Park ticket office about the ticket sales staff's attitude even though this is a part beyond Amour's control.
We sincerely thank you for your contributions regarding our facilities. At the same time, we hope that you are satisfied with the quality of service from the entire staff of the resort.
