Room is spacious, clean and quiet. The owner and staff are very friendly. There is a kitchen for guests to cook and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is near the night market, the square and the noodle soup, so it is very convenient. However, the alley is very small, so it is difficult for cars to enter!

I love this hotel as well as the professional staffs. I couldn't help falling in love with every little details. The receptionist is extremely friendly. I got a junior suite room, which is out of my exception. The Thai restaurant is a must try place, Ms.AOM (restaurant manager) was so caring and helped us understand more about Thai food/culture. As this hotel is managed by Thailand standard then you should try Thai Food here. Definitely will be back to Dusit Phu Quoc.

At first, I chose Sen because the room was very nice. It seemed to be the most beautiful in the Grand World area. When I received it, I was very satisfied because it was exactly like the advertising photo, the room was spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was also very complete. I have been to Phu Quoc many times but this is the first time I am most satisfied with the bedroom in this Grand World area, everything is very ok, the owner is friendly, the drinks and coffee are delicious and the prices are ok, recently they sell full breakfast, the rooms are clean, fragrant, modern and new equipment, and the prices are extremely friendly, I will definitely come back here ❤❤

I would gladly stay here again. Staff were friendly and accommodating and were able to speak in English when I talked with them. Was able to rent a scooter through them simply and even when the scooter needed servicing, I was able to reach out to the hotel for assistance. The grounds are maintained very well and every day there were numerous staff cleaning and making sure everything looked great. Stayed in an overwater bungalow and the room was perfect for me. Air conditioning worked well and had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the food served at other times was good and not overpriced compared to places nearby. All in all, an amazing place I would gladly stay again.

A great place with beautiful view. The people is very very very nice & kind. All neccessary stuffs were prepared as well. I recommend to stay here for enjoying the trip. This place is far awar from the down town. It is the best option if you look for a peaceful, quite and relaxing place
