in sapa Vie Nam, the weather is very cold. the hotel does't have warm water. i noticed to the boss of the hotel but it have not done. when I call to agen phone, 01 hour later we have warm water. the food is ok but the check out time is not correct in the e-voucher. the check out time is 10 am o'clock. ít's very soon. the e-voucher tell me 12am o' clock. the service boy took my vali out the room and threw it to the ground. and he tell us: "you must organize the baggage out the room because the check out time is over". I am not received any call from the boss of the hotel. I was very very disappointed

Walking up the stairs was a bit hard, luggage was also supported by a suitcase. Hotel 1 way street down cat cat, go to night market a bit far away from 2km (there is a 7k day electric car / 1 pedestrian from the hotel to about 600m uphill, there is an electric car, night tram 50k / 1 turn , 3 20k motorbike ride) room without tv, slightly weak water, weak lighting system, no makeup mirror, breakfast with almost bread and delicious coffee! hotel view is also quite ok, enthusiastic staff!

Customers are great! The perfect space for me and my family almost has 100% private space. I further appreciate that the hotel owners are very ok! Cute know how to take care of customers using the service! Room is full from heating fan - heating concept - hot water ... Perfect rating at mid-range price! P / s: Breakfast is eaten where the view is very nice

I found that the hotel was suitable for the money, the service was good, the owner of the artist was quite good, the free breakfast I ate noodle but the beef noodle soup was generally not as good as at home but I was easy It's good to eat, and get more drinks and beautiful views. In general, I find the hotel quite good for those who travel economically like us!

Breakfast in the cat's terace is very good, the view is extremely beautiful, the atmosphere is also great. This is what I like best. The food here is also reasonable, the price is relative, I chose to eat two breakfast and one lunch there. The owner is friendly and comfortable. However, the room is not very nice, slightly old and damp, but also the same price, this price is quite low compared to other hotels. Next time I may not be in the hotel but will definitely go back to Sand Cafe

The Hotel is nearby CAT CAT Village. The View around there is also good, can see all of CAT CAT Village. The Host is so nice and she can speak English as well. There also have electric blankets, it's so warm! so Good. The Breakfast is very nice. I love French toast with banana and honey, the best!!!!
