The first time staying at a hotel, in addition to the fixed payment, I had to pay an additional 200,000 VND in management fee. It was unreasonable. There was a swimming pool but they charged an additional 50,000 VND. The room service was terrible. I will not come back for a second time.

The toilet is not very clean, there is no dressing table, the blankets and other things smell unbearable. It's like they are not changed every day, not washed and left for a long time. There is no mineral water or spices in the room for cooking. It's called an apartment but it's worse than a motel, not worth the money spent 490k

Many cockroaches, strange animals crawling in the room, bathroom. At night when I slept on the bed, animals crawled on me. The blanket smells very bad. Strong smell.

I checked in at 00:30 but they still supported me to check in early. The room has a refrigerator, TV, washing machine, dryer, iron, and dining table. I was missing whipped cream, but they helped me bring it up later.

The room was okay. The beds are small. The restroom is clean but smells not good. You must go putting out trash by yourself before leaving or you have to pay 300k. I have never experienced this rule before. So it’s a minus.

Booked an apartment so there was no receptionist or support person, privacy was ok for me, but when I needed support, I texted the room manager and no one responded. Leaving the guests helpless.

Not answering all questions about amenities: swimming pool, toilet paper,...
After checking in, the guest was left alone, and only asked one more question: "What time will you check out tomorrow morning?"??? and ignored all other questions from the guest.
The hygiene was very bad, the blankets and pillows still smelled of the previous guest, the wardrobe opened with a very musty smell and there were a lot of towels, the bed sheets smelled extremely bad.
