The hotel is better than my family expected. The rooms are spacious, neatly arranged, clean, convenient, the balcony has a drying line after swimming in the sea. The breakfast is not to my taste but it is okay, the breakfast view is chill. The room price I booked is quite reasonable so I will come back when visiting Nha Trang

I have been travelling South Asia for 3 months and Hotel Erica was by far the best hotel for low to medium budget whilst offering luxury. I extended my stay twice. Breakfast is included and very decent. The management team are exceptional & go above and beyond. If you want immediate beach access, rooftop pool with stunning views, to be central to restaurants & coffee bars then Hotel Erica is an excellent choice!

Very happy there. Spacious, decent pool, nice breakfast buffet, clean, great location nice people. The only thing was the shower in the tub. My tub was not really usable. Only a hand held with nowhere hight to hang it. But I don’t care everything else more than made up for it.

We booked an interconnecting family room and it was nice and spacious with a giant beds.the pool is lovely … fairly small but wasn’t busy at all, usually just us.

The room smells like sewer, there is no hot water, I called the receptionist and they said to come right away but I waited forever and still had no hot water, the room cleaning did not meet 4 star standards.

I really advise everyone not to stay here. The room is old and smelly, sometimes the toilet has no water. After using the toilet, you have to wait for the water to be pumped back up before flushing. The buffet is better than nothing. Only a few dishes are refilled very slowly, the food is cold. Some staff are ok, some have bad attitudes. Overall, I had a very bad experience and feel sorry for my recent trip to Nha Trang.

The staff is enthusiastic and friendly, the room is a bit small but comfortable and cozy, the soundproofing is not very good, it is still noisy if the surrounding guests are noisy, the breakfast buffet has many dishes, delicious, the room cleaning service is clean, the cleaning staff is nice, I will definitely continue to choose Erica as a place to stay if I come to Nha Trang.

I had a wonderful summer vacation with my family in Nha Trang and chose Erica Hotel as my place to stay.
Some of my experiences with the hotel are as follows:
Plus points:
- Space/facilities: Large space, good facilities, all rooms have windows so the rooms are airy, natural light, if you like the sea breeze and tropical air, stay on a high floor and open the windows in the morning or evening. The swimming pool and gym, sauna are very clean.
- Food: Delicious food, buffet with a lot of food served from 6:30 - 10:30 from European to Asian dishes. You should really experience the food here, because it is very delicious. Besides, you can also order lunch at the restaurant with local dishes at affordable prices.
- Support staff: 5 stars for the service and support attitude of the hotel staff.
- Highlights: I will choose this hotel as a place to stay if I come to Nha Trang again.
Price: Worth the money, water is sold at 15k/1.5 liter bottle - really cheap compared to the surrounding convenience stores.
Location: Convenient, 5 minutes walk from the beach, and only 10 - 15 minutes walk from Tram Huong Tower. There are full of convenient services around such as: Massage, supermarket, restaurant,...
=> Advice: If you have small children, or elderly people who have trouble sleeping, you should choose a low floor, because if you stay on a high floor, you will hear noise from the swimming pool upstairs.

I really advise everyone not to stay here. The room is old and smelly, sometimes the toilet has no water. After using the toilet, you have to wait for the water to be pumped back up before flushing. The buffet is better than nothing. Only a few dishes are refilled very slowly, the food is cold. Some staff are ok, some have bad attitudes. Overall, I had a very bad experience and feel sorry for my recent trip to Nha Trang.

The staff is enthusiastic and friendly, the room is a bit small but comfortable and cozy, the soundproofing is not very good, it is still noisy if the surrounding guests are noisy, the breakfast buffet has many dishes, delicious, the room cleaning service is clean, the cleaning staff is nice, I will definitely continue to choose Erica as a place to stay if I come to Nha Trang.

I had a wonderful summer vacation with my family in Nha Trang and chose Erica Hotel as my place to stay.
Some of my experiences with the hotel are as follows:
Plus points:
- Space/facilities: Large space, good facilities, all rooms have windows so the rooms are airy, natural light, if you like the sea breeze and tropical air, stay on a high floor and open the windows in the morning or evening. The swimming pool and gym, sauna are very clean.
- Food: Delicious food, buffet with a lot of food served from 6:30 - 10:30 from European to Asian dishes. You should really experience the food here, because it is very delicious. Besides, you can also order lunch at the restaurant with local dishes at affordable prices.
- Support staff: 5 stars for the service and support attitude of the hotel staff.
- Highlights: I will choose this hotel as a place to stay if I come to Nha Trang again.
Price: Worth the money, water is sold at 15k/1.5 liter bottle - really cheap compared to the surrounding convenience stores.
Location: Convenient, 5 minutes walk from the beach, and only 10 - 15 minutes walk from Tram Huong Tower. There are full of convenient services around such as: Massage, supermarket, restaurant,...
=> Advice: If you have small children, or elderly people who have trouble sleeping, you should choose a low floor, because if you stay on a high floor, you will hear noise from the swimming pool upstairs.
