Staff service was good Room doesn’t have a safe to hold money and docs (basic to majority of hotels)

Lovely room for incredibly reasonable price. So spacious and in a more quiet location a few minute motorbike ride (or 30ish minute walk) from the shopping area. Would recommend for those looking for a more quiet and tranquil area within easy commute of the main attraction. Kind and excellent staff who spoke English.

Very welcoming for our 2 night stay at Goda. You receive a free welcome dinner which was delicious. Staff are friendly helpful and approachable. Good sized rooms and bathroom.

Beds were really comfortable. The wifi and air conditioner worked great. Staff was super friendly and always greeted you whenever you left or came back on the property. Excellent value for the money. The welcome dinner for staying 2 nights was anunexpected bonus.Food was great.

The staff were exceptional and helped us out with tours, late check in and free bikes to ride around town!

Fabulous little boutique hotel in the middle of the main town and beach. Nice and quiet and easy to ride the free bikes to town or through the fields to the beach. Staff and service excellent and can’t say enough about the breakfast that is included every day and as well a wonderful complimentary dinner for longer stays. Definitely will stay here again.

Nice hotel, close to the beach and city with bicycle. Very friendly hotel personal. It was very nice to stay there.

The hotel is located about 15min (by cycling) to the central market. It provides free bicycle so it was really helpful for us. Welcome dinner was good. The hotel staff also took time to introduce to us the tours available.

The hotel is a 45 miutes walk from the main shopping district, but the hotel offers free bikes, which is very convinient. The manager is extremely friendly and really looks after the guests. The welcome dinner was really tasty and the portions were good. I would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Hotel and Staff. Beautiful spacious large rooms, quiet location between the old town (2km) and the beach. Great breakfasts and coffee. The team here work hard to make your stay memorable. We have been travelling for 6 weeks in Asia and this has been our favourite hotel to date. Hotel has free bicycles or you can rent a motorbike from the cafe across the road for 100000d per day. We thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel

Overall it's a good and cozy place. Staffs are friendly and always attending to our needs.

My partner and I were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, food and especially the staff. They were very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends or if we returned to Hoi an we would book there again.

Great hotel, staff lovely and friendly. Rooms clean, modern spacious. Breakfast great. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was very good. We used the free bikes to go to both of the nearby beaches and down to the Old town. The pool was nice to cool down in after a hot day out.

Everything was perfect. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, great housekeeping, incredible breakfast. Bonus pool! Equal distance between town and beach - free bike hire too.

We absolutely loved staying here! The people were the most attentive! Super friendly service, amazing breakfast selection and huge rooms with big comfortable beds! The hotel was the cleanest we stayed in in all Vietnam, super stylish and modern! Love it and would recommend it to everybody!

Goda Boutique Hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms and a great hotel staff. The staff is helpful with suggestions of places to see and things to do while in Hoi An and they provide bicycles to use to get around. The hotel is in a convenient location with only a 5 minute taxi ride or 15-20 minute bicycle ride to "Old Town". There is currently construction going on next door to the hotel so be sure to ask for a room on the other side away from the construction.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting Hoi An and stayed in a room that was only 1 weeks old. We love the free bike hire also to really discover Hoi An. My first impression was the service of the staff from the moment we checked in. They went out of their way to discuss tour guides and local dishes and places we might enjoy. It went further when the owner Linh introduced herself and made time to get to know me and my husband and wrote down prices that we should only be paying for certain items so that we didn't get ripped off - very handy! I loved everything about Hoi An but fell incredibly ill during my stay. The staff went out of their way - provided me with congee, fruits, medicine and Linh the owner came in to check on me constantly and gave me a traditional massage also while I rested in the hotel. Linh felt like an aunty to me, going out of her way to get me better. I didn't realise until I got home that I wasn't even charged for the congee etc. The hotel was spacious but for me what made the trip memorable was the outstanding service - both my husband and I have stayed in many hotels around the world however Goda Boutique stands out from the pack. We left a tip for Linh however discovered that it was distributed to her staff instead to encourage work motivation for them. Both my husband and I will revisit Goda Boutique and Linh if we ever get the chance to visit Hoi An again.
