The best part about our stay at Hanoi Amore Hotel and Travel was 100% the staff - they were so friendly, accommodating, helpful and willing to help us plan our trip in/around Hanoi. The rooms are really nice and a good location. It was near Nga Tu So and near Royal city so it was very easy to reach other area. Would definitely recommend!

Loved this hotel so much. So friendly staff, especially Hai. He smile every time we walked in. Booked trip to Sapa for us. Room was nice with fancy furniture, it’s clean as well. Location was fab. It was near Nga Tu So and Royal city. Brilliant!!

Dear Fresilia, You have booked a day use room for 2 hours and you thought it was an overnight room upon arrival. Although you saw it clearly in your booking confirmation. We have suggested you an overnight room with extra fee but you didn't take it and left hotel after a while. You haven't spoke anything about refund with us and now you wrote that we scam. For us if we don't say the true thing we won't sleep well. We wish you live near pharmacy store because you will need their support for a good sleep. Take care

With a fairly cheap price, with decent sleeping conditions, the surrounding area has a lot of food and is quite crowded, close to my office there, that's the main thing. The room is normal, the room is quite spacious, a bit noisy, if there is noise, there is no breakfast.
