The villa welcomed me in the late afternoon. The receptionist was so cute 😊. My room was right next to the reception desk so it was very convenient to move my luggage into the room. It rained as soon as it got dark, so we didn't leave the room until 8pm to wander around the old town. The villa's location is very convenient for eating, walking around or going to the church which is also very close. I only stayed 1 night but the experience was quite good. In the evening, I asked the receptionist to stay there for a bit but they didn't mind (even though it was raining). Even the next day we checked out but didn't leave, left our luggage comfortably, there was even a private bathroom outside to change clothes and shower 🥰. Of course, you still have to check out at 12pm like other accommodations. A beautiful stay experience. Will definitely come back if I have the chance.

This is a good choice. The room is very nice, full of utensils, every crime I live on the 4th floor has no elevator, I'm a bit tired to carry things up. The hotel is quite close to the old town, walking across the river is coming, there are also bicycles for rent. The hostess and Ms. Ngoc are very friendly and approachable. Unfortunately, little time to play in Hoi An, it was raining, so I still haven't experienced it all.

The owner and staff are very enthusiastic and hospitable. The hotel is right near the old town, you can walk at night. The rooms are clean, airy and especially have a lemongrass scent, very pleasant. Next time I come back, I will definitely visit HA Riverland again ❤️

The hotel's location is quite good. It's about a 4-5" walk to the old town. Next door there's also a pretty good banh xeo song hoai restaurant. The receptionist is enthusiastic, the room is quite clean, with full basic amenities.

Convenient location for walking around the old town at night, moving through famous places, restaurants should go by bike. The city view room opens the door to a garbage dump, a scrap yard, there are people lying in hammocks under the room all day not daring to pull the balcony curtains. The balcony is also old and dirty. The room facilities are not complete, borrowed an iron from 7pm but the receptionist said it would be available at 7:30am. While each room should have an iron or at least have one available for guests to borrow. Rented a room for convenience in the morning, but got up at 6am and waited until 7:30am to borrow an iron, and when I finished getting ready, the noon sun was already at its peak. Very boring. The room price is high compared to the room quality.
