Mình đặt phòng cho mình và gia đình cùng ở lại 1 đêm ở Nha Trang, khách sạn có bãi đậu xe riêng cho ô tô, phòng mình view nhìn ra biển thì khỏi chê, chất lượng phục vụ rất tốt, bữa sáng khá ngon với nhiều lựa chọn phù hợp với khẩu vị nhiều người. Mình sẽ quay lại vào một ngày gần nhất.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. Booked a Superior room but was upgraded to a Balcony view room so the experience was good. When I checked out, I was missing a pair of flip-flops because I went to the wrong room, but the hotel was flexible enough to find me another room without charging me. The most impressive thing was the receptionist Ngoc Quy because she was very friendly and helpful. In short, I was very satisfied with the hotel. If I have the opportunity to return to Nha Trang, I will definitely stay at this Imperial hotel. Thank you for giving me a wonderful experience when coming to this beautiful city of Nha Trang.

The staff from the receptionist to the security guard are super cute. For this price, it's ok, but minus 2 points. The plastic floor mat in the bathroom is too slippery. Both mother and child slipped and hit their feet in the bathtub. If there's anything, they can replace it with another one. Will come back.

Only the location near the beach is OK, the rest of the service is so bad. What kind of 4-star hotel is this? In the morning, guests go out and ask to clean the room, but when they come back in the afternoon, they don't clean it at all. I give up. Breakfast is very simple.

The elevator waits for 30-45 minutes. There are only 2 elevators on 26 floors. If you meet a tour, you will have to wait like crazy. If anyone intends to, choose a lower floor and walk to finish, waiting for the elevator to check in and check out will be a waste of youth, why play anymore. The swimming pool has a nice view and there are swimming pools together. When checking in, they said there was an additional charge of 150k/morning for a 7-year-old child but there was not much variety. I recommend not eating fish noodles because they taste very fishy. 4 stars is too fake, it's a bit sad to say, but staying at a 2-star hotel is still better.

My room was quite old. The towels smelled very bad (all 4 rooms I rented had a strong smell and couldn't use it). The air conditioner was quite hot, had to be turned on at minimum 18 degrees and the highest wind to be comfortable. However, the staff was friendly and very supportive.

+ Enthusiastic, lovely staff
- BUT during rush hour, have to wait for elevator for more than 10 minutes, have to switch to stairs.
- Hotel sets air conditioner temperature min 24 degrees, very hot at noon.

Disadvantages:
- Hygiene: I checked in and found the walls damp and smelly, the curtains moldy, the dressing table had some kind of cream on it
- Soundproofing: poor, there are children in the room next door so it's very noisy, you can hear everything
- Amenities: bath towels and face towels have a very strange smell, quite smelly, the towels are old and worn out
- Lighting: dark room, only 4 small ceiling lights, only yellow
- Breakfast service: okay, the food is not diverse and not to your taste
- Elevator: 2, small, cramped, have to wait a bit long
Advantages:
- Staff: gentle, enthusiastic, support opening taxi doors all day
- Location: convenient to travel, facing the sea, near Vin Wonder, ...
- View: sea view, beautiful, cool
(Note: Everyone who comes to check in should ask clearly what food is in the room, check and take a photo to make it easier to check out. For example, my family took 20 minutes to solve the problem of not using instant noodles and kitkats from the hotel (The receptionist was nice but I found it time consuming)

Disadvantages:
- Hygiene: I checked in and found the walls damp and smelly, the curtains moldy, the dressing table had some kind of cream on it
- Soundproofing: poor, there are children in the room next door so it's very noisy, you can hear everything
- Amenities: bath towels and face towels have a very strange smell, quite smelly, the towels are old and worn out
- Lighting: dark room, only 4 small ceiling lights, only yellow
- Breakfast service: okay, the food is not diverse and not to your taste
- Elevator: 2, small, cramped, have to wait a bit long
Advantages:
- Staff: gentle, enthusiastic, support opening taxi doors all day
- Location: convenient to travel, facing the sea, near Vin Wonder, ...
- View: sea view, beautiful, cool
(Note: Everyone who comes to check in should ask clearly what food is in the room, check and take a photo to make it easier to check out. For example, my family took 20 minutes to solve the problem of not using instant noodles and kitkats from the hotel (The receptionist was nice but I found it time consuming)
