Booked on the app but was still bombarded by the hotel owner calling to check in with a virtual phone number that couldn't be called, so the whole family ended up wandering around the entire time of traveling in Danang, please avoid this apartment, I'm annoyed.

Our apartment has been running out of water for more than 2 days, the hotel has provided each water can to use, we want to change the hotel immediately because it has suffered more than 2 days already! Our family had to relocate to another room but the hotel still did not fix this problem; This incident has ruined our family trip. Suggest urgent support.

I have booked an apartment from 20 days ago. but when I came to receive it, it was not like the picture .. said that the apartment of MT ended, so I borrowed an apartment outside so it was like that .. 2 bedroom apartment but do not have 1 pair of sandals. Any hair dryer or iron is not .. to borrow it. The room is not bad. But such arrangement makes me feel very uncomfortable .. because not only 1 day ahead. Mak is more than 20 days. elevator is a bit inconvenient. The next meal I will book hotel. No more apartments here. 😂😂

Employees pay no attention. Booking from 27/5 to noon 1/6 check out. But what kind of room did people ask for a check on May 31, then moved to another room. Because noon on May 31, this room was booked. Money paid. Everyone is a guest. People set 5 nights and did something 4 nights out. Room rates are not cheap. Do that next time who dares to choose this hotel to come.
