Friendly staff support guests wholeheartedly, room rates are cheaper than the area and quality received. Clean room, cleaned thoroughly every day. Motorbikes for rent, when receiving the motorbike, there was still a lot of gas in the tank, the helmet is Non Son so it is quite good quality, the motorbike is still new. Flexible hours, I went cloud hunting at 4am, the staff opened the door very friendly.

When I first entered the room, I was really impressed by the layout and color of the appliances. neither too fussy nor too simple. The price I set on the app should be quite reasonable. Clean rooms. Another plus point is when I have to extend one more day, the hotel has charged the same price on the app. really great. I will definitely book this hotel on my next Dalat trip.

This time I went in the summer and winter so I was supported to check in at 13:00 (actually 14:00) but the last time I was away so I arrived at 5-6am and was able to check in without extra charge. Overall, I'm completely satisfied, there's nothing to complain about. It's close to the center so it's easy to go anywhere, there's a motorbike rental service available 💯💯💯💯

The pictures are similar to reality, the interior is luxurious and comfortable. The location is also good. Sitting in the room looking out the window to see the city is so chill.

The staff was very enthusiastic when asking, lending chairs to sit on the balcony and providing cardboard boxes and tape to pack things. The room was neat and clean. The only regret was not knowing to bring tea bags or coffee because the room only had bottled water and an electric kettle to boil water.
