Surprise, the rate is not expensive but it was a great stay. Previously, we stayed at a more expensive hotel, but this hotel is good: location close to Sunworld, surrounded by many places to eat, spacious room with balcony and view, water heater, AC heater (very comfortable), breakfast OK. If you are not in check-in/check-out time, there are massage chairs that you can rest on.

Du Tran (Receptionist) and his colleagues gave us very enthusiastic and thoughtful advice. Helped us have a great experience in Sapa from the 1st to the 3rd of Tet 2025. The room was spacious and clean. My family has 2 children so we chose the Family class, which has bunk beds for the children. They really liked it. Lotus aroma is great because it is close to both the big market and the night market. Convenient for shopping and traveling....

The rooms here are very spacious, clean, fully equipped and the mountain view is very beautiful. The owner is very friendly. I have stayed in many rooms from 2-5 stars but have never seen any place clean the room as carefully as here. Overall, it is worth staying when coming to Sapa. Next time I come back, I will definitely choose this place.

The room is in a super convenient location, close to tourist attractions around Sapa. The host is enthusiastic, can call to rent a motorbike if needed. Going to Sapa on the day of football, the host even invited everyone to sit in the living room to watch together. Nice reception when arrive at the hotel, friendly staff, clean room and comfortable. I'm lucky to stay here, easy and near to Fansipan, 5 minutes walk to Sun Plaza to buy ticket to Fansipan, close to Sapa market, etc. Highly recommended for guests or visitors to stay at this hotel. Hot water is good, complimentary mineral water, Wi-Fi good to access (speedy). Thank you for a good service, I'll come back to stay here again, I love Sapa 🙏👍
