The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. A special thank you to the hotel staff for kindly accommodating my early morning check-in and for the thoughtful gesture of turning on the air-conditioning in advance so the room was cool and refreshing when I arrived. These small but meaningful details truly set the experience apart. The location is excellent—conveniently close to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, yet still peaceful enough to enjoy a good night’s rest. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional service. The staff were always ready to help with a smile, whether it was arranging transportation, giving local recommendations, or simply making sure I had everything I needed. During my business trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I had a truly pleasant stay at Liberty Saigon Riverside Hotel. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in the heart of District 1 and just a short walk from the city’s vibrant tourist spots. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully modern, making it easy to relax after a long day. What stood out most was the warm and friendly hospitality of the staff — always helpful and welcoming. Considering the quality of service and location, the price is very competitive.
