The bed was full of hair, had to ask the staff to change the bed sheets. Even though the attitude is good, it's so disgusting that the room is already in use and given to guests

Recommend people not to be here. I book and pay in advance with a Debit card. When I got there, I told the room and told me to manage the websites so I didn't know. Let me wait from 8am to 9pm to settle for 2 rooms, even without an apology. I booked the City View room last assigned room without Windows. The hotel uses solar hot water, at 9 pm the water is hot, the small towel is available with a pile (Hair - Fur - Beard) something without changing a new towel or washing is not clean. Control air conditioner, then the battery must be down to replace the battery. The door is not soundproof at all, other rooms turn on the TV their room still hears. Until I checked out, there was still no compensation for the wrong room I registered, until I said I would return the excess money in an uncomfortable manner. From beginning to end no apologies.
