Khách sạn gần biển, view nhìn thấy được biển. Phòng rộng thoáng, sạch sẽ, hiện đại và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Mặc dù nằm trong khu đông người náo nhiệt nhưng phòng cách âm tốt, yên tĩnh, tạo không gian nghỉ ngơi thoải mái. Biết ơn đã giúp tôi có giấc ngủ ngon. Nhân viên rất dễ thương, nhẹ nhàng và ân cần. Đây là một nơi đáng để trải nghiệm, tôi sẽ ở đây nếu có dịp quay lại Nha Trang, và muốn chia sẻ với người khác

Phòng rộng, thoáng, sạch sẽ, nhân viên cực kì chu đáo, tận tâm. Mình có để quên điện thoại ở phòng nhưng không biết, mình rời đi được 1 tiếng thì lễ tân gọi lại báo, và đã hỗ trợ nhiệt tình để gửi điện thoại lại cho mình.

The room was dirty. I went out at 9am and the room was not cleaned. I came back at 2pm for lunch and the room was not cleaned. I was very upset. I called the receptionist and said it was overloaded and affected my family's rest time. I will never come back. The location is deep inside, not convenient and very inconvenient.

The hotel is not very new
The printing time is 14:00 but the hotel did not have time to clean but did not proactively inform in advance, at 14:30 I almost arrived then called the person who answered the phone (not the receptionist) to tell me that it would take 30 minutes to finish cleaning
Arrived at the hotel at 14:45 and had to search for a long time to find the hotel parking lot
Completed the procedures but could not enter the room yet so could not enter the room, at 15:10 asked again, the receptionist talked back to the sales person on your side who had informed me in advance as if that was what I had to endure, I did not need to inform more, but clearly at 14:30, 30 minutes more, then by 15:00 I should have been able to enter the room.
Please consider carefully when using the service, in addition, the main room is in the west so it is very hot in the afternoon, the city view looks out onto the empty lot.

The view was extremely wide, near Tran Phu street, surrounded by many amenities

The reception room and lobby were quite dark and quiet, the room was ok but I couldn't sleep at night because the pressure pump kept beeping all night right next to my bed! My parents are old and I have trouble sleeping so it was very uncomfortable!

infrastructure is degraded, old sofa, dirty bed sheets with sand and dirt, broken reading light, toilet has moldy shower curtain, yellowed curtain, weak wifi can't load internet, rusty balcony, shower gel and shampoo bottles don't say which shower gel and which shampoo, toilet paper couldn't be any better, it's already rotten before I wipe it, I stayed in room 501B and the door was stuck open and had to be pulled hard and pushed to get it out. The receptionist was not enthusiastic in greeting, when I went by car they didn't show me where to park it, nonsense, my family had to park it on the beach in front of the beach, parking for 2 days was the same as renting a room for 1 day, Too bad, 1 star rating, not recommended to experience. The hotel owner should come by to check the situation, the faucet also lost its shower head and didn't replace it

In the morning, I asked the receptionist to clean the room, but when I returned in the afternoon, nothing was cleaned. Cleaning room said the receptionist did not notify, receptionist said cleaning room could not be done in time, unprofessional.
