Palmy Luxury Beach Phu Quoc

Really enjoyed our stay at the Palmy. The room we're nice and clean. We opted for the seaside room and that great view of the sea.

The swimming pool is nice and clean, but the beach is quite dirty and close to the hotel, there is no sand beach, so you have to move to the next hotel to swim.

The place has changed so much since our last stay there before the pandemic. The room, restaurant and swimming pools are of horrible quality, dirty and about to collapse. Whilst it's understandable that they suffered so much from the pandemic and haven't recovered yet, it didn't help when the service was so bad as if they didn't care about the customers at all. There's so much construction around that ruined the peacefulness we wanted to seek for our short holiday. The hill that leads to the hotel was super muddy after the rain, it was a pain to walk there especially in the evening. I could have forgiven all things mentioned above, if it wasn't for the last straw that happened on our last morning there. Whilst we were eating at the restaurant, some guys decided to do some construction work on the roof right above our heads, leaving bugs and concrete on our plates. Other customers were so scared and decided to leave, I tried to tell the builders to stop working and wait until people finished their breakfast but they didn't stop after a while. I can't believe the hotel let that happen, not caring about customers’ safety and satisfaction at all. I told the receptionist about this so hope they'll make a change in the near future. For now I'll never come back to this place, sorry.

Ưu điểm: phòng ốc rộng, sạch, đẹp, smart tivi, có 3 hồ bơi trong đó 2 hồ bơi vô cực, cách chợ đêm khoảng 5 km (nên đi xe máy), lễ tân thân thiện, có chỗ để xe thoải mái Nhược điểm: nhà tắm bị cống không thoát nước tốt, để tiết kiệm diện tích phòng nên nhà vệ sinh chia làm 2 góc nhỏ. Đồ ăn sáng không ngon.

Rất xứng đáng với giá tiền mình bỏ ra. phòng thì không có gì để chê. có tận 3 cái hồ bơi, buffet sáng cũng khá ok không nhiều món nhưng như vậy cũng đủ đáp ứng nhu cầu ăn uống buổi sáng rồi. lễ tân thì ai cũng chuyên nghiệp và nhiệt tình nhé. có xe đưa tiễn sân bay 1 chiều, cái gì cũng tốt chỉ là đường vào khách sạn hơi xấu thôi. rất nên chọn cho 1 chuyến nghỉ dưỡng ❤️

Bể bơi đẹp, còn đâu cũng được ạ. Hy vọng Khách sạn cải thiện để tốt hơn ạ.

Khách sạn thiết kế đẹp. Hồ bơi trên sân thượng view rất đẹp. Buffet cũng ngon. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình. Giá cả hợp lý nữa hì.

The building seems new but the room and facilities look old. The floor was dirty and the bedsheet and blanket were not clean, I felt itchy when I slept. But the staffs were helpful. With that price, the room is not worth the money.

Mình đặt lúc phòng đang giảm giá, cảm nhận chung thì phục vụ tốt, có xe đưa rước ra sân bay miễn phí 1 chiều. Phòng sạch sẽ rộng rãi và thoải mái, khu vực khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm.

Thật sự thất vọng. Tất cả đều tệ. Ảnh và phòng rất khác nhau nhé. - Phòng cũ, nặng mùi mốc - Rất khó chịu với cái vòi tắm, chuyển sang vòi sen để tắm cho con mà lôi, kéo, móc cái núm gạt muốn xúc móng, thiết kết quái dị thật sự - Ban công rỉ sét - Hành lang âm u - Hồ bơi dơ, nước màu rêu. - moutain view đâu không thấy, thấy ụp mặt vô cái bungalow đối diện. Còn garden view thì là cái khúc đất chắc được 0.6m trơ đất, không có cỏ nhé. - Buffet sáng thì lèo tèo. Dở - Không nên massage phía đối diện nhé. Mắc, mà giống như bôi dầu lên rồi chà cho đủ giờ vậy. Chỉ được mỗi bé tiếp tân dễ chịu thôi. Lúc check out thấy bà người nước ngoài cũng complain quá trời. Quá tệ.

What I like the most is that the swimming pools at the hotel are all beautiful, the sea view, the hotel is quiet, however the breakfast food does not have many dishes, perhaps the dishes are not to my taste the hotel has a shuttle bus so everyone remember to contact before coming! I could not contact, so when I returned, I was taken by the hotel car to the airport. Overall great 😍

Friendly staff, however facilities need to be improved. Book rooms and actual rooms are different (with the reason that the room is full, pushing my family into the old area, even though I have to pay for almost 1 month in advance): The room is old, dirty, with cockroaches, no hot water, broken shower. The food is normal, but for picky eaters, it will definitely be criticized. The plus point is that the staff is quite nice, don't see the attitude like many reviewers

The reception is quite agile, attentive, the hotel campus is luxurious, beautiful, near the center, the rooms are clean, neat, comfortable, book a room 3m from the beach at night listening to the waves crashing. There is a chance I will come back many times

The hotel lacks professional service on the app, it says pick up at the airport but when the phone says one way pick up, the staff attitude is unprofessional, talking to customers is not respectful, not enthusiastic, good reception superficial, the experience is not good.

I stayed at the resort for 2 nights, just checked in somewhere for about half an hour, there was a group of people who blatantly swiped their cards and entered my family room, luckily I could only take pictures on the balcony, but what if I was changing clothes or doing work? What about personal (while designing an expansive style)? Or I'm not at home and lose my stuff Who will be responsible? Before that in the lobby, I also witnessed a scandal at the reception with guests :))

The space is small, the rooms are not like the picture, the room is not like the picture, the room on the pond, the swimming pool is not like the picture, the breakfast is fine, not much. Unprofessional work, 2 stars
