it took us long time and wondering around terminal just to find ezlink counter coz it doesn't explain clearly at the traveloka pages. it's explain only at the pdf when you buy the tickets, so you must looked and exchange it at Changi Recommend. the ticket redemption is quick and the officer give us explanation clearly.
