One day isn't enough to see all the beautiful places.

The air is cool and fresh. The best time to visit Ba Na Hills is early in the year, when it's neither too sunny nor too rainy. More activities should be added because the area is so large that just walking around and taking photos is a waste.

The staff were attentive and enthusiastic. The quality of the games was excellent. I will visit again sometime because it was too rainy this time, so I didn't get to experience much.

Amazing. I arrived during foggy weather, so I'm a little disappointed I didn't get any good photos. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

The height requirement for entrance tickets is unreasonable! My child is 105cm tall, which is not enough to use many of the services (included in the ticket price), yet they are still charged 800,000 VND per child! I suggest increasing the height requirement to 120cm.

The place is spacious and has many beautiful sights, but it's so big that even with a map, finding your way around is difficult! It's also hard to find staff because it's so large! The lunch buffet at Four Seasons has many dishes, but it was still packed on a Tuesday! The indoor play area is mainly for kids; there aren't many things for adults to play! The 5D film is a bit "dull" and not very appealing. The French Village is beautiful, very beautiful! The tulips in all colors are super pretty! The weather was extremely cold even with a denim jacket! Anyone going should bring gloves and socks just in case ☺️

Do not buy the Indian buffet lunch. It’s a mess. There are plenty of food options, but you need to wait a long time to get a seat. Visitors do not respect people who are waiting for their food; they take food however they like. You may also lose your appetite when you see other people sitting next to you while eating. Bana Hills is also overrated. If you have visited other amusement parks around the world, it’s no different. The only highlight is the cable car ride. Spend your money somewhere else. However, if this is your first time visiting an amusement park, then go for it.

When I got there it was raining and foggy, so I didn't enjoy it as much.

Loved it, great staff, and easy to find your way around. Plenty to do, from fun fair rides to adult-only Moulin Rouge-style shows. There is an added incentive if you like beer, they give you two free glasses 😆. You can take as long as you want and go up and down the cable cars as many times as you like. There are plenty of food options as well if that is your thing. One point to think about is the weather; the cloud/mist comes in regularly later in the afternoon, so if you want great pics of the bridge, then check the weather beforehand.

A must visit to see the Golden Bridge whether in foggy weather which is usual or wait for few hours and hope the sun shines through for beautiful sky blue pics. It’s a big area and lotsa walking required. The buffet lunch combo is extremely good value as the food quality is top notch for the price paid. Go during a later time as so much less crowded and much better dining experience.

The wine cellar is small, worth a visit, but you can switch to juice if you don't order wine.

The scenery at Ba Na Hills is beautiful, the staff are enthusiastic, and the food is delicious too. I will definitely come back if I have the chance.

Overall is good, redemption of ticket is easy. customer service is super good!! But for the agency, it still needs to improve. 1) They didn't send me any redemption code as what they state in the voucher, they will inform me 1 day before. 2) When I WhatsApp them, no one replied. I needed to ask CS to give me another contact number, then I reached them. 3) I asked my hotel reception to call them, but they told us our ticket is a shuttle bus, which we actually bought a private transfer which is more expensive, then we complained to CS, the agency only arranged us a driver. BTW, we are still having a smooth trip after this incident, thank you Traveloka CS and the travel agency. Thank you.

It is highly recommended to visit here if you are in Da Nang City, buying tickets online is easier and cheaper than buying tickets directly, no need to print, just scan at the gate, the staff are very friendly and helpful, worth to try, the rides are spacious, clean and comfortable, awesome 👍
