Everything closed at 5pm... no time to see a huge complex. It doesnt make sense to let us enter at 4pm (paying such a high price) if every temple closes so early.

The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and suitable for families.

It's very comfortable and the area is very spacious. There's a large children's play area, making it easy for little ones to play. There are several rentals for bicycles or strollers, priced between 10,000 and 30,000 rupiah. It's a lot of fun.

The ticketing system at the counter when I wanted to exit the parking lot took a long time. I don't know why there was a problem with the lady on duty but she didn't tell me what the problem was. I waited for the gate to open for almost 20 minutes.

In Prambanan, for tickets that have been booked on Traveloka, you just need to scan them at the entrance. So you don't have to queue to print vouchers on the spot.

The ticket exchange process was easy and fast, and the staff were friendly and responsive. Overall, it's a great temple complex. Unfortunately, there were renovations yesterday, so some access points were closed. But I'd definitely go back to Prambanan next time.

Easy to book and no need to redeem physical tickets. The e-ticket is sufficient. It’s much cheaper to purchase here than at the ticket counter or the official website.
