I booked a ticket but the service is not working. If they know the weather is bad and they stop working, they should stop selling tickets. But when I arrived, the service said they would confirm if it was still working. But they still did not support ticket refunds.

Overall it was fun, the uncles and aunts were friendly and enthusiastic, singing along the way was so much fun 👾. The whole trip and return took about 45 minutes, giving us plenty of time to look around and check in. Btw, the boat driver not only told stories about the coconut forest but also took beautiful photos (she was very attentive, taking photos from this angle and that angle when no one was passing by). Overall, I was very satisfied with the results.
