Just a note, please confirm with the customer before the trip, there was no confirmation even until 9 pm on the day before, you have to be an active customer to find out.

Di note saja , tolong konfirmasi ke customer sebelum trip , ini tidak ada konfirmasi bahkan sampe h- 1 jam 9 malam pun tidak ada konfirmasi , harus customer yg aktif untuk cari tahu 

The program was very good. The guide didn't explain anything about the attractions they visited. He was more like an escort. He should have explained what they saw. I can judge because I am a licensed tour guide in Indonesia.

program sgt bagus. guide tdk menjelaskan sama sekali ttg objek2 yg dikunjungi. lebih tepatnya dia hanya sbg escort saja.  seharusnya menjelaskan apa yg dilihat. sy bisa menilai krn sy adalah seorang pemandu wisata berlisensi di Indonesia

The tour guide is ok but the tour makes others very worried. The tour does not contact the traveler in advance, cannot call the phone numbers on the Traveloka voucher information. Feeling very worried.

Hướng dẫn viên ok nhưng tour khiến người khác rất lo lắng. Tour không liên hệ trước với người đi, không thể gọi điện cho các số điện thoại trên thông tin phiếu thanh toán của Traveloka. Cảm giác rất lo lắng.
