Cheap, very organized, and on time. I was a little nervous about finding it at the airport and the purchase process, but it turned out to be really easy. I'll take the bus again next time I go to Japan and highly recommend it.

Easy to identify bus stop. There is a list of timings available for different buses. Namba OCAT has its own timing. You can find it online. 4 mins walk to the bus stop. Highly recommended.

It is very easy to exchange tickets at Hotel New Hankyu, there is a waiting room near the ticket machine. The staff is helpful even though the language barrier is good. People come in a neat and orderly queue.
