This is my point of view from my room.

Hotel provides a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Shuttle service to the high-speed train station. Kids playground, delicious and various kinds of food during breakfast. Rooftop cafe. Jogging track.

A luxury, classic, high quality hotel. There are many amenities included. However, breakfast is a bit monotonous and not to your taste. The complimentary dinner is very good quality.

It was an amazing hotel, I have a good offer: free dinner and massage, 1 hour daily drink, the best ever!

Breakfast is not delicious, there is little, it is noisy, the morning service staff is not smiling, especially when encountering Chinese tours. It's very loud.

The water flow is not strong. After taking a shower, I was irritated. The service was given 3 stars.

Perfect location at riverside and also close to icon siam. The room was clean, very comfortable, and staff was amazing!

Clean hotel and rooms, suitable for families, good breakfast, friendly service. What is lacking is the completeness of soap, towels are not checked every day. So when the next day the soap runs out and a new face towel is not given a replacement. Had to call room service to ask.

Book through the app including breakfast, but the hotel confirms that it is not included. Losing the feeling and being very embarrassed to stand on Argue with the hotel staff But in conclusion, the hotel agreed to give breakfast without knowing why.

It was a very pleasant stay at Royal Orchid Sheraton. We were offered a room with a stunning view on the 25th floor. The cleanliness of the room, the ambience of the property overall and the courtesy of the staff were simply superb. The breakfast spread was good, not great. Overall, a very good experience.

A very pleasant stay, the view from the hotel window was fantastic, clean, fast service, the swimming pool was clean, close to the location of mbak and asiatigue.

Great location and incredible views of river and other buildings along the river. Close to amazing sites to visit. Good Authentic Thai food restaurants walking distance from hotel, e.g., Harmonique! Excellent service. Concierges very helpful. Bathroom was a little small would be my only criticism. Overall highly recommend’
