The worst experience we’ve ever had with Expedia! The hotel canceled our reservation at 7 PM by email without any reason, and they charged my credit card twice. We didn’t have access to that email at the time, so when we arrived at 10 PM, they told us we had no reservation and that the hotel was fully booked. Their only response was, “You need to contact Expedia.”
Meanwhile, my reservation still appears as active on Expedia, and now it even shows as if we stayed at the hotel, which is impossible since they never gave us a room! This situation is unacceptable. I demand a full refund, and a hotel with this level of irresponsibility should not be listed on Expedia.
