Wonderful helpful check in staff and tavern

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Staff were awesome.

The first room I was given smelled unclean. Then they put me into a room on the ground floor with two beds. I wanted a higher floor away from noise. Had specifically requestd this.

We just stayed for the night to go to a concert in the park but we stay at a lot of hotels and trust me I usually have complaints and I had not one about this hotel.

Very quiet despite being near the highway, which was convenient. Quick drive (5 min) to Burlington downtown, or 8 minutes to the airport. The room was nicely appointed and clean. We would choose this hotel again!

Facility itself was fine, but our room’s AC didn’t work and the room was very hot. We immediately notified someone who completely dismissed us. We waited over an hour until someone finally came up due to it getting hotter and they admitted the AC was broken and we had to transfer rooms. We were in a time crunch to get ready to go out for my friend’s birthday and didn’t end up having enough time to fully get ready and missed one of the events due to not being able to use the first room. The tech that came to our room was very helpful and the only person who seemed to actually care about the issue. He even got new cards for us and made sure the new room was cool upon arrival. Thank you Mr. Technician!

You know what you’re getting with a Hilton. Usual high standards.

Great place - highly recommended - Clean room and friendly staff... From outside it was just like any other double tree by Hilton - but as soon as I walked inside, despite the current construction of the new building outside, the facility is super nice and clean - I'm more so impress when I got to my room. Spacious and pristine condition! Thanks Double Tree by Hilton Burlington, Vermont!

Reasonably close to the waterfront if driving. Beautiful building and useful facilities- construction at the time of stay was slightly hindering but not an issue overall. Close to the airport so occasionally can hear planes passing. On site dining was delicious and provided a surprising variety. Would stay again

A lot of construction going - property is older but I guess renovations things will improve. EXPENSIVE $$$$$$ and restaurant is pricey

Was a nice property. Very quiet. Room was comfortable. Breakfast could have been better. Bed was comfy! Nice stay and conveniently located.

The hotel room was so comfortable with a nice bathroom that was spacious and clean. The shower was great too with great shower supplies provided. Appreciated the thermostat lockout setting where it wouldn’t go into heating mode because outside wasn’t cold enough. Appreciate the way the hotel is thinking about climate and sustainability. Definitely choosing again!
