Excellent! Friendly and professional service

Hotel is 7 metro stops from the mayor attractions. Walk to the metro 10 min. Location is in a lower grade neighborhood, with the bus stop in front of the hotel. Noisy day and night from the buses, cannot sleep with open window. We ordered a superior room, but because of the noise were transferred on a higher floor to the standard one. Bedding was clean, but very firm mattress and bad quality pillows. Breakfast was good, excellent staff in the cafeteria. Don’t think we coming back.

Very nice hotel - however while much of it was very clean, in Room 425, there were long black hairs in the bathroom (I am bald, so not from me). I was also surprised about the tub. The bathroom door stop is screwed to the floor, right where you need to step over the side of the tub to enter and exit the combined shower/bathtub - and while there is one grab bar next to the tub, there is nothing to hold onto while entering or exiting the tub.

Great place to stay, breakfast was extra, but worth it!

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was decent. However, there was an issue with noise. The walls were so thin that I could hear people from the hallways. I also could hear people talking from the next room even after 10pm. It wasn’t that they were loud. The walls were just thin. The bathtub also didn’t work. The water stopper was loose, so the tub could not hold water. Overall, the neighborhood was quiet.

Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was worth every penny! So fresh and delicious.

Please note that walking up from the Ventas metro station may be a challange for those who do not walk.

Beds are comfortable and rooms are well maintained. Staff is very polite and professional. Breakfast is outstanding. Room air conditioning needs improvement.
