Great location, room needs Reno action. Bathroom needs a vent fan, faucet in sink literally spun sideways. Not that great. Great view was about it.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms are beautiful and staff was great. Our only complaint was the elevators! You could easily wait 10 minutes to just go down to the lobby. We stayed there to attend a baseball game and it was so busy after the game we had to wait in line for almost 30 minutes to get up to our room. Other than that it was a nice hotel and we would stay there again if going to another baseball game because it was right next to the stadium.

Toilet ran all the time, could not change air conditioner, got cold.

Loved everything about this hotel, the only bad thing, was that if the room next door flush the toilet, our room got a tinny sewer smells, it wont linger, but was kind of still water smell. Love the place, the locating, the restaurant!

The 1st room we were assigned hadnt been cleaned. The parking for 1 day was $60!

Bathroom is "old". Bottom of the door is splitting. Main door was propped open when we first got up to the room. View was great!!

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Had to go 4 floors up just to get ice

Ceiling above the shower was crumbling with a few holes already. Bell-hop cut me off to take the elevator while I'd been waiting for it for almost 5 min without saying excuse me and then was rude when stated that an excuse me would have been appreciated. Valet drivers sat and watched our vehicle unable to move and did not offer help

We first arrived and they checked us into a room only to find out that room was already occupied. Then they moved us to another room and once returning from the cardinals game we find out the new keys did not work. The night time manager Jason made sure everything was corrected and was very apologetic. I understand accidents happen exspecially on busy evenings.

Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet including eggs made to order.

Very large conference hotel.

Caren, out morning breakfast server was excellent as were the evening bar staff(both rooftop and inside). The room had no running cold water at hand sink and AC would not cool room. Called front desk at 8 am and they did not fix all day. They moved us to different room.

I enjoyed this stay.

Everything was good overall, except of a couple of employees at the front desk who were not as friendly as the rest, and a server at the roof top who did not really take care of us properly. One more little detail, we reported the phones at our room were not working, and they never got fixed.

The AC system was very loud and made it hard to sleep. The building is dated and it shows

Great customer service, great views and good nightlife!

Front desk staff need additional training. Spoke to 3 people at different times. Each one sounded either uninterested or like they were doing me a favor by answering questions or providing information about hotel amenities and parking instructions. Not a welcoming experience.

We celebrated our 11 year old grandson by taking him to cardinals game Saturday he liked it so much they went back Sunday. It was a great weekend
